    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh belum maksimalnya pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi di SMKN 52 Jakarta, khususnya pada materi volume pekerjaan atap. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah keterbatasan media ajar yang mendukung pembelajaran praktis. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, digunakan media ajar jobsheet yang dirancang untuk mendorong pembelajaran aktif dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori efektivitas pembelajaran, media ajar menurut Kustandi & Darmawan (2020), serta taksonomi kognitif Bloom (1956) dalam mengukur pemahaman. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experiment, melibatkan 68 siswa kelas XI DPIB yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan tes pretest-posttest, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan jobsheet meningkatkan rata-rata skor pemahaman siswa dari 26,32 menjadi 36,41, dengan kategori peningkatan pada level “efektif”. Dengan demikian, jobsheet terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman kognitif siswa dalam Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi, serta direkomendasikan sebagai media ajar dalam pembelajaran vokasi. Kata kunci: media ajar, jobsheet, pemahaman, estimasi biaya konstruksi, pembelajaran vokasi ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the suboptimal understanding of students in the Construction Cost Estimation subject at SMKN 52 Jakarta, particularly in the topic of roof work volume. One contributing factor is the limited availability of teaching media that supports practical learning. To address this issue, a jobsheet teaching medium was employed, designed to promote active and contextual learning. This study refers to learning effectiveness theory, teaching media according to Kustandi & Darmawan (2020), and Bloom's cognitive taxonomy (1956) in measuring comprehension. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving 68 eleventh-grade DPIB students divided into experimental and control groups. Data was collected through observation and pretest-posttest assessments, then analyzed using the N Gain test. The results indicate that the use of jobsheets improved students' average comprehension scores from 26.32 to 36.41, with the improvement categorized as "effective." Thus, jobsheets have been proven effective in enhancing students' cognitive understanding in Construction Cost Estimation and are recommended as a teaching medium in vocational learning.
