Abstract

Menarik untuk diperhatikan bahwa kesulitan yang dialami siswa dalam memilih dan menentukan pekerjaan atau karir tidak dapat kita pungkiri, banyak siswa yang kurang memahami jika karir itu merupakan jalan hidup dalam usaha menggapai kehidupan yang lebih baik. Biasanya seseorang memilih pekerjaan berdasarkan teman tanpa didasari oleh minat dan bakat yang dimilikinya. Selain memilih pekerjaan siswa pun kebingungan dalam memilih dan menentukan jurusan pada perguruan tinggi setelah lulus sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan tes skala minat pekerjaan untuk memprediksi jurusan perguruan tinggi pada siswa SMA berdasarkan 10 aspek minat pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan minat dan bakatnya. 10 aspek minat pekerjaan itu diantaranya out door, mechanical, computational, scientific, persuasive, artistic, literary, musical, social service, dan clerical. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan merupakan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode fuzzy logic. Setelah melalui proses fuzzy yaitu fuzzyfikasi, inference, dan defuzzyfikasi akan mendapatkan hasil aspek minat pekerjaan yang paling dominan nilai derajat keanggotaannya. Dengan pengembangan aplikasi ini siswa dapat melakukan tes dan bisa langsung mengetahui hasil tes minat pekerjaannya dan rekomendasi tempat dan jurusan perguruan tinggi berdasarkan aspek minat pekerjaan yang didapat sehingga tidak lagi mengalami kebingungan dalam memilih pekerjaan dan tempat kuliah. Kata kunci: pekerjaan, karir, skala minat pekerjaan, out door, mechanichal, computational, scientific, persuasive, artistic, literary, musical, social service, clerical, fuzzy logic, fuzzyfikasi, inference, defuzzyfikasi. It is interesting to note that the difficulties experienced by students in choosing and determining job or career we can not deny, many students do not understand if the career is a way of life in effort to reach a better life. Usually student chooses a job based on a friend without based on interest and talents. This study will be conducted to test the scale of interest in the work of high school students based on 10 aspects of interest in a job that suits your interests and talents. 10 aspects of work that interests them involve out door, mechanical, computational, scientific, persuasive, artistic, literary, musical, social service, and clerical. The applications developed a decision support system using fuzzy logic method. After going through the process of fuzzy namely fuzzification, inference, and defuzzification the system will get the interest aspect of the work of the most dominant value membership degree. With the development of this application, students can test and can immediately know the results of the test interest in his work and recommendations based on aspects of the college where the interest earned jobs they get. So they no longer are confused in choosing the place of work and college.
