Abstract
Peserta didik dengan Cerebral Palsy (CP) umumnya mengalami keterbatasan dalam perkembangan motorik, khususnya kemampuan motorik halus. Keterbatasan ini menghambat partisipasi mereka dalam berbagai aktivitas sehari-hari, sehingga diperlukan intervensi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tersebut. Berdasarkan observasi di lapangan, ditemukan subjek dengan kondisi Cerebral palsy Spastik diplegia yang mengalami hambatan motorik halus, sehingga beberapa kegiatan pembelajran yang melibatkan motorik halus masih membutuhkan bantuan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan motorik halus peserta didik Cerebral Palsy melalui media mozaik paku di SLBN A Citeureup. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan peserta didik Cerebral Palsy yang masih membutuhkan bantuan dalam melakukan aktivitas yang melibatkan kemampuan motorik halus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrment tes perbuatan. Untuk analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis visual dalam kondisi dan analisi visual antar kondisi. Hasil penelitian ini terjadinya peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus dari rata-rata skor 50,00% pada fase baseline 1 (A1), kemudian meningkat menjadi 56,67 dan kemudian mencapai skor tertinggi 60,00% pada fase Intervensi (B). Selanjutnya skor tetap stabil pada fase Baseline 2 (A2) dengan skor 60.00%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media mozaik paku sebagai media pembelajaran berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus peserta didik Cerebral Palsy. Implikasinya guru dan orang tua dapat menggunakan media mozaik paku untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus pada peserta didik Cerebral Palsy. Children with Cerebral Palsy (CP) generally experience limitations in motor development, especially in fine motor skills. These limitations hinder their participation in various daily activities, which necessitates an effective intervention to improve these abilities. Based on field observations, a subject with Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy was identified as having fine motor skill impairments, requiring assistance for several fine motor-related learning activities. The purpose of this study was to determine if there was an increase in the fine motor skills of the student with Cerebral Palsy through the use of a mosaic nail medium at SLBN A Citeureup. The research method used was an experiment with a Single Subject Research (SSR) approach, using an A-B-A design. The subject was a student with Cerebral Palsy who still required assistance in performing activities that involve fine motor skills. Data collection was performed using a performance-based test instrument. For data analysis, visual analysis within conditions and visual analysis between conditions were conducted. The results showed an increase in the subject's fine motor skills, with an average score of 50.00% in the baseline 1 (A1) phase. This then increased to 56.67% and subsequently reached a peak score of 60.00% in the Intervention (B) phase. Subsequently, the score remained stable at 60.00% in the Baseline 2 (A2) phase. The conclusion of this study is that the use of a mosaic nail medium as a learning tool is effective in improving the fine motor skills of students with Cerebral Palsy. The implication is that teachers and parents can utilize the mosaic nail medium to enhance the fine motor skills of students with Cerebral Palsy.
