    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Work Family Conflict dan Work Fatigue memengaruhi tingkat Job Satisfaction pada karyawan perempuan yang telah menikah di Kota Bandung. Populasi penelitian mencakup 509 responden, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner berskala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda disertai uji asumsi klasik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Family Conflict dan Work Fatigue secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction. Secara terpisah, Work Family Conflict dan Work Fatigue terbukti dapat menurunkan Job Satisfaction. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa variasi Job Satisfaction pada wanita bekerja yang telah menikah sebagian dapat dijelaskan karena adanya Work Family Conflict dan Work Fatigue. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat Work Family Conflict dan Work Fatigue yang dialami, maka semakin rendah tingkat Job Satisfaction karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan kebijakan organisasi yang mendukung keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan keluarga, serta upaya untuk mengurangi tingkat Work Fatigue. This study aims to examine the extent to which Work Family Conflict and Work Fatigue affect the level of Job Satisfaction among married female employees in Bandung City. The population of the study consisted of 509 respondents, with data collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression accompanied by classical assumption tests using SPSS version 27. The results revealed that Work Family Conflict and Work Fatigue jointly exert a significant negative influence on Job Satisfaction. Separately, both Work Family Conflict and Work Fatigue were also found to decrease Job Satisfaction. These findings indicate that variations in Job Satisfaction among married female employees can partly be explained by the presence of Work Family Conflict and Work Fatigue. It can be concluded that the higher the levels of Work Family Conflict and Work Fatigue experienced, the lower the Job Satisfaction of employees. This highlights the importance of organizational policies that support work–family balance as well as initiatives to reduce levels of Work Fatigue.
