Abstract

Permasalahan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sejumlah masalah bahwa dengan kemunculan Smartphone peserta didik menjadi malas untuk menulis dan membaca, malas berinteraksi dengan teman sekolah, serta kecanduan terhadap Smartphone. Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini antara lain: 1) seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan Smartphone terhadap pemenuhan sumber pembelajaran PKn di kalangan siswa SMAN 22 Bandung? 2) bagaimana hubungan fungsional antara penggunaan Smartphone sebagai pemenuhan sumber pembelajaran PKn di kalangan siswa SMAN 22 Bandung?. Grand theory yang digunakan untuk variabel penggunaan Smartphone adalah teori Munir (2010) yang meliputi dimensi: intensitas pemanfaatan Smartphone, jenis layanan Smartphone dan sifat pengguna Smartphone, sedangkan untuk variabel pemenuhan sumber pembelajaran PKn adalah teori Sadiman (1989) yang meliputi dimensi: buku pelajaran, internet dan media audio visual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 22 Bandung, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu melalui angket, wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, studi literatur. Setelah data terkumpul, maka kegiatan selanjutnya adalah menganalisis data tersebut. Analisis data juga akan menghasilkan sebuah kesimpulan serta saran yang dapat direkomendasikan kepada objek yang diteliti sebagai pemecahan masalah. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) penggunaan Smartphone berpengaruh terhadap pemenuhan sumber pembelajaran PKn 2) terdapat hubungan fungsional dan signifikan antara penggunaan Smartphone dengan pemenuhan sumber pembelajaran PKn. Semakin baik tingkat penggunaan smartphone semakin tinggi pula pemenuhan sumber pembelajaran PKn di kalangan siswa SMAN 22 Bandung. Kata Kunci : Penggunaan Smartphone, Pemenuhan sumber pembelajaran, dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan This problem is motivated by a number of problems with the emergence of smartphones that students become lazy to write and read, lazy interact with school friends, and addicted to smartphones. The question in this study include: 1) how much influence the use of smartphones to the fulfillment of civics learning resources among students of SMAN 22 Bandung? 2) how the functional relationship between the use of smartphones as a source of fulfillment Civics learning among students of SMAN 22 Bandung?. Grand theory that is used for variable Smartphone usage is Munir theory (2010) which includes dimensions: Smartphone use intensity, the type and nature of service Smartphone Smartphone users, while for variable compliance resource for Civics is Sadiman theory (1989) which includes dimensions: textbooks, Internet and audio-visual media. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a correlation method. This research was conducted at SMAN 22 Bandung, with data collection techniques is through questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation studies, literature studies. Once the data is collected, the next activity is to analyze these data. Analysis of the data will also result in a conclusion and suggestions that can be recommended to the object under study as problem solving. The results of the study revealed that: 1) the use of Smartphone effect on the fulfillment of learning resources Civics 2) there is a significant relationship between the functional and the use of smartphones with the fulfillment of learning resources Civics. The better the level of the higher smartphone usage fulfillment Civics learning resources among students of SMAN 22 Bandung.
