Abstract
Bandung merupakan salah satu kota metropolitan di Indonesia. Bandung juga memiliki potensi wisata seni. Gedung Kesenian Rumentang Siang merupakan salah satu gedung kesenian yang ada di kota Bandung. Gedung ini sepi peminat disebabkan fasilitas yang ada kurang memadai untuk mendukung suatu pertunjukkan seni. Evaluasi fasilitas diperlukan agar gedung tersebut menjadi gedung kesenian yang representatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis evaluasi fasilitas yang dimiliki Gedung Kesenian Rumentang Siang sebagai gedung kesenian Metropolitan Centre. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan cara penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengunjung yang mengunjungi Gedung Kesenian Rumentang Siang. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa fasilitas di Gedung Kesenian Rumentang Siang bernilai cukup baik namun belum memenuhi syarat kelengkapan standar gedung kesenian. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa fasilitas di Gedung Kesenian Rumentang Siang perlu dikembangkan lagi dan perlu adanya penambahan fasilitas sesuai standar kelengkapan. Saran untuk pihak pengelola Gedung Kesenian Rumentang Siang agar dapat mengembangkan serta merenovasi fasilitas yang ada. Agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas gedung sehingga dapat menguntungkan pihak Gedung Kesenian Rumentang Siang. Kata Kunci : Fasilitas, Gedung Kesenian Rumentang Siang, dan Metropolitan Centre. Rumentang Siang building for performing arts is one of the building for performing art in Bandung City. This building is less enthusiasts due to the existing facilities is inadequate to support the performing arts. Evaluation of the facilities necessary for the building into a building for performing arts representative. This study aims to analyze the evaluation of the Rumentang Siang building for performing arts facilities as a Metropolitan Centre building for performing arts. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, by means of research using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a triangulation technique. The population in this research that visitors who visit the Rumentang Siang building for performing arts. While the sample of 100 respondents taken. These results indicate that the Rumentang Siang building for performing arts facilities worth quite well but have not qualified standard fittings of building for performing arts. This research shows that the facility of Rumentang Siang building for performing arts should be developed further and there needs additional facilities according to the standard of completeness. Suggestions for Management of Rumentang Siang building for performing arts in order to develop a more caring facilities and renovate facilities. In order to improve the quality of the building so as to benefit the Rumentang Siang building for performing arts.
