Abstract
TempatpembuanganakhirsampahPanembong (selanjutnyaditulis TPA sampahPanembong) adalahtempatpembuanganakhirsampah yang berada di KabupatenSubang.TPA sampahPanembonginitelahdifungsikanolehpemerintahKabupatenSubangsebagaitempatpembuanganakhirsampahsejaktahun 2008 hinggasekarang.Luas lahan TPA sampah tersebut ± 6 ha dan sampah yang adatelahmenjadisebuahgunungandenganketinggianmencapai ± 40 m. Sampah – sampahtersebutberasaldari 9 Kecamatan yang tersebar di KabupatenSubang. Dalam setiap harinya sampah yang masuk ke TPA Panembong sekitar 300-350m3.Adapunsyarat TPA sampahPanembongyang berkenaandengantataletakyaitu minimal 300 m daripemukimanpenduduk, Lokasi TPA sampahPanembongtidaklahmemenuhisyarattersebut, karenalokasinyaberdekatandenganpemukiman. Didugakeberadaan TPA sampahPanembongmemilikidampakterhadaplingkungansekitar. Metode yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahmetodedeskriptifkuantitatif, denganpopulasiberjumlah 1061 dansampelsebanyak 91 yang bertujuanuntukmenjawabrumusanmasalah, yaitu 1) BagaimanaDampak TPA sampahPanembongterhadapLingkunganSosialmasyarakatsekitar TPA sampahPanembong ? 2) BagaimanaDampak TPA sampahPanembongterhadapLingkunganFisikmasyarakatsekitar TPA sampahPanembong ? Data yang diperolehdalampenelitianiniberupa data deskriptif kuantitatif.Berdasarkanhasilpenelitiandanpembahasan, diperolehhasilantaralain :Keberadaan TPA sampah Panembongmemberikandampakterhadaplingkungansosialmasyarakatsekitarnya sebesar 15,7%.Sedangkan untuk dampak terhadaplingkunganfisikmasyarakatdisekitar TPA SampahPanembongsangat kecil yaitu 1,7%. ABSTRACT Panembong landfill ( hereafter written landfill Panembong ) is a landfill located in Subang district . Panembong landfill has been enabled by the Subang district government as landfill since 2008 until now . In an area of ± 6 ha , garbage has become a mound with a height of up to ± 40 m . The garbages comes from the 9 districts scattered in Subangdistrict . Approximately 300-350 m³ of Solid Waste Panembong trash every day . Seen from one of the requirements relating to landfill layout that is at least 300 m from residential areas , landfill location Panembong not meet these requirements , because of this location adjacent to the settlements . The distance of the nearest settlement not more than 100 m , so based on this, the authors argue that the presence of landfill Panembong have a significant impact on the surrounding environment . The method used in this research is descriptive method that aims to answer the problem formulation , is : 1 ) To what extent Panembong landfill Impact on Social Environment surrounding communities Panembong landfill ? 2 ) To what extent Panembong landfill impacts on surrounding communities Revenue Panembong landfill ? The data obtained in this study using a form of quantitative data analysis and the percentage of product moment analysis . The second analysis aimed to determine the answer selected by the respondents in the instrument research.based on the research and discussion , the results obtained are: Presence of TPA Panembong a significant impact on the social environment around the landfill waste Panembong the impact given by 15.7 % , while the remaining 84.3 % is the impact of other variables that are not diteliti.Panembong landfill presence does not have a significant impact on the physical environment surrounding communities with the impact of landfill waste Panembong given only by 1.7 % , while the remaining 98.3 % is the impact of other variables not examined .
