    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh daya tarik wisata terhadap keputusan berkunjung di M Bloc Space Jakarta. M Bloc Space merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata urban kreatif yang menggabungkan unsur seni, budaya, kuliner dan komunitas dalam satu ruang publik. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fluktuasi jumlah kunjungan wisatawan meskipun terlihat daya tarik wisata yang ditawarkan sudah baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 130 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel convenience sampling. Data yang telah terkumpul akan dianalisis statistik deskriptif, korelasi dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan SPSS IBM statistic 25. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa daya tarik wisata yang secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Sementara indikator keindahan, keunikan, kelangkaan, aksesibilitas, sensitivitas dan seasonalitas memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Sedangkan indikator fungsi sosial tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan berkunjung di M Bloc Space Jakarta. Hasil penelitian tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa daya tarik wisata menjadi salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan. The research aims to determine the extent of the influence of tourist attraction on the decision to visit M Bloc Space Jakarta. M Bloc Space is one of the urban tourism destinations that combines elements of art, culture, culinary and community in one public space. This study is motivated by the fluctuations in the number of tourist visits even though the quantitative method with a correlational approach. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire distributed to 130 respondents using convenience sampling. The collected data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The collected data will be processed with SPSS IBM Statistics 25. The results of this study prove that tourist attractions simultaneously have a significant positive influence on visiting decisions. Meanwhile, the indikator of beauty, uniqueness, rarity, accessibility, sensitivity and seasonality have a significant positive influence on visiting decisions. On the other hand, the social function indicator does not have a positive influence on visiting decisions at M Bloc Space Jakarta. The results indicate that tourist attractions are one of the important factors in increasing tourist visits to urban creative destinations.
