    Abstract

    Manajemen diri merupakan kemampuan dalam mengelola diri dengan sebaik-baiknya sehingga mampu membawa ke arah tercapainya tujuan hidup. Dalam belajar, manajemen diri merupakan kemampuan siswa dalam mendorong diri sendiri untuk maju, mengatur semua unsur kemampuan pribadi, mengendalikan kemauan untuk mencapai hal-hal positif, dan mengembangkan berbagai aspek kehidupan pribadi agar lebih baik sehingga tercapai tujuan belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran manajemen diri siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Cirebon Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025 dan menyusun rancangan layanan bimbingan belajar untuk mengembangkan manajemen diri siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dan desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Cirebon Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) gambaran umum manajemen diri siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Cirebon Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025 secara umum berada pada kategori sedang; 2) gambaran setiap aspek manajemen diri siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Cirebon Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025 mayoritas berada pada kategori sedang; 3) rancangan layanan bimbingan belajar untuk mengembangkan manajemen diri siswa terdiri dari komponen: rasional, deskripsi kebutuhan, tujuan, rencana kegiatan (action plan), dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Layanan (RPL). Self-management is the ability to manage oneself optimally, leading to the achievement of life goals. In learning, self-management is a student's ability to motivate themselves to move forward, organize all elements of personal ability, control their will to achieve positive outcomes, and develop various aspects of personal life for the better, thus achieving learning goals. This study aims to describe the self-management of 8th-grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Cirebon in the 2024/2025 academic year and to design a learning guidance service plan to develop students' self-management. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research method and a survey design. The population consists of all 8th-grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Cirebon in the 2024/2025 academic year, with the sampling technique being saturated sampling. The results show that: 1) the general description of the self-management of 8th-grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Cirebon in the 2024/2025 academic year is mostly in the moderate category; 2) the description of each aspect of self-management of 8th-grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Cirebon in the 2024/2025 academic year is predominantly in the moderate category; 3) the learning guidance service plan to develop students' self-management consists of components such as rationale, needs description, objectives, action plans, and Service Implementation Plans (RPL).
