    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini secara garis besar adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa tingkat kelayakan sarana dan prasarana praktikum pada mata pelajaran pemeliharaan kelistrikan kendaraan ringan di SMK Negeri dan SMK Swasta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dimana metode ini hanya untuk mengetahui keadaan fakta di lapangan seperti apa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu SMK yang terdapat jurusan teknik kendaraan ringan se-Kabupaten Ciamis yang berjumlah 23 SMK, yang terdiri dari 4 SMK Negeri dan 19 SMK Swasta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah dua sekolah, yaitu satu SMK Negeri dan satu SMK Swasta yang sudah terakreditasi “A”. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi yang merujuk pada Standar Nasional Pendidikan SMK/MAK tahun 2018, Norma dan Standar Laboratorium/bengkel SMK tahun 2021, dan Pedoman Pemeliharaan kelistrikan Kendaraan Ringan untuk Kelas XI tahun 2013 Untuk melakukan uji persentase sehingga bisa di lihat dalam kategori kelayakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang lebih membutuhkan sarana adalah SMK Swasta, kemudian dari segi kelayakan SMK Negeri bisa dikatakan lebih layak dari SMK Swasta baik itu sarana dan prasarana, lalu aspek yang paling mempengaruhi dari sarana dan prasarana yang ada di kedua sekolah tersebut terdapat di aspek biaya pendidikannya lebih tepatnya jenis biaya operasional dan personal

    The purpose of this study in general is to determine the level of feasibility of practical facilities and infrastructure in the subject of light vehicle electrical maintenance in State and Private Vocational Schools. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative method where this method is only to find out what the facts are in the field. The population in this study were 23 Vocational Schools with light vehicle engineering majors throughout Ciamis Regency, consisting of 4 State Vocational Schools and 19 Private Vocational Schools. The sample used in the study was two schools, namely one State Vocational School and one Private Vocational School that had been accredited "A". This research instrument used an observation sheet that referred to the 2018 National Vocational School/MAK Education Standards, 2021 Vocational School Laboratory/Workshop Norms and Standards, and 2013 Light Vehicle Electrical Maintenance Guidelines for Class XI To conduct a percentage test so that it can be seen in the feasibility category. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the ones that need the most facilities are private vocational schools, then in terms of feasibility, state vocational schools can be said to be more feasible than private vocational schools, both in terms of facilities and infrastructure, then the aspect that most influences the facilities and infrastructure in both schools is in the aspect of educational costs, more precisely the types of operational and personal costs.
