Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Hellison terhadap disiplin siswa di sekolah dasar menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas V SD Negeri Arjasari 03 yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan posttest, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dengan uji normalitas, Paired Sample T-Test, dan R-Square. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data pretest (0,185) dan posttest (0,423) lebih besar dari 0,05, sehingga data berdistribusi normal. Uji Paired Sample T-Test menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dalam kedisiplinan siswa setelah diterapkan model Hellison dengan p-value sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05), yang berarti H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima. Rata-rata skor kedisiplinan meningkat dari 58,70 pada pretest menjadi 74,13 pada posttest, dan hasil uji regresi linier menunjukkan bahwa model Hellison memberikan pengaruh sebesar 78,9% terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran Hellison terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan disiplin siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar.
This study aims to analyze the effect of the Hellison teaching model on students' discipline in elementary schools using a quantitative method with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 30 fifth-grade students from SD Negeri Arjasari 03, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through pretests and posttests and then analyzed using SPSS with normality tests, Paired Sample T-Test, and R-Square. The normality test results showed that the pretest (0.185) and posttest (0.423) values were greater than 0.05, indicating that the data were normally distributed. The Paired Sample T-Test revealed a significant effect on student discipline after implementing the Hellison model, with a p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05), meaning H₀ was rejected and H₁ was accepted. The average discipline score increased from 58.70 in the pretest to 74.13 in the posttest, and the linear regression test showed that the Hellison model contributed 78.9% to the improvement of student discipline. Thus, the Hellison teaching model is proven to be effective in enhancing student discipline in physical education learning in elementary schools.
