Abstract
Pentingnya peran kader penggerak masyarakat dan isu GEDSI yang belum banyak diteliti mendorong penelitian ini dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang modal sosial yang dimiliki oleh kader penggerak masyarakat di Kecamatan Antapani Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menganalisis lebih jauh rekonstruksi modal sosial kader penggerak masyarakat berbasis GEDSI (gender equity, disability, and social inclusion) berkaitan dengan pembentukan resiliensi kader penggerak masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Temuan penelitian ini adalah (1) modal sosial yang ada pada kader penggerak masyarakat yaitu kepercayaan (trust), norma (norms), dan jejaring (network). (2) Modal sosial ini terekonstruksi berbasis GEDSI yang berdampak pada pembentukan resiliensi kader penggerak masyarakat di Kecamatan Antapani. Modal sosial trust direkontrusksi menjadi trusted, modal sosial norms direkonstruksi menjadi regulation habitus, dan modal sosial network direkonstruksi menjadi collaborative mutual affection. (3) Resiliensi yang terbentuk melalui rekonstruksi yakni kohesi sosial, yang mencakup solidaritas kader penggerak masyarakat dan integrasi didalamnya. Selanjutnya, responsivitas sosial yang mencakup ketahanan kader penggerak terhadap konsistensi pendampingan secara responsif untuk masyarakat berbasis GEDSI. Terakhir adalah pola hubungan serta adaptasi terhadap tantangan dan situasi yang menghasilkan karakter adaptif kader penggerak masyarakat kecamatan Antapani.
The importance of the role of community cadres and the issue of GEDSI which has not been widely researched prompted this research to be carried out. This research examines the social capital possessed by community cadres in Antapani District, Bandung City. This research further analyzes the reconstruction of social capital of community mobilization cadres based on GEDSI (gender equity, disability, and social inclusion) in relation to the formation of resilience of community cadres. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The findings of this research are (1) the social capital that exists in community cadres, namely trust, norms and networks. (2) This social capital is reconstructed based on GEDSI which has an impact on the formation of resilience of community cadres in Antapani District. Trust social capital is reconstructed into trusted, norms social capital is reconstructed into regulatory habitus, and network social capital is reconstructed into collaborative mutual affection. (3) Resilience that is formed through reconstruction is social cohesion which includes the solidarity of community cadres and integration within it. Furthermore, social responsiveness includes the resilience of mobilizing cadres towards consistent, responsive assistance for GEDSI-based communities. Finally, there is a pattern of relationships and adaptation to challenges and situations that produces an adaptive character that drives the Antapani sub-district community cadres.
