Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pengembangan pendidikan nilai melalui olahraga values education through sport (VETS) dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal terhadap peningkatan nilai-nilai sportivitas, seperti rasa hormat, keadilan, dan inklusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen the matching-only pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel terdiri dari 30 siswa SDN Cipaku, dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok, yakni: kelompok integrasi VETS, kelompok integrasi VETS + kicking bullying, dan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan futsal berbasis VETS selama 16 kali pertemuan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner VETS yang telah divalidasi dan reliabel, meliputi 30 item dengan fokus pada respect, equity, dan inclusion. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji statistik Anova dan t-test independen untuk membandingkan efek intervensi di antara kelompok. Hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok VETS dan kelompok integrasi VETS + kicking bullying, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok VETS dengan kelompok kontrol, terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok integrasi VETS dengan kicking bullying dan dengan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan VETS melalui futsal merupakan metode yang efektif untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai positif pada siswa sekolah dasar dan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap perilaku siswa, khususnya dalam menghormati aturan, kerjasama tim, dan empati terhadap teman sebaya. This study aims to evaluate the effect of developing values education through sport (VETS) in futsal extracurricular activities on improving sportsmanship values, such as respect, fairness, and inclusion. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental design of the matching-only pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 30 students of SDN Cipaku, divided into three groups, namely: VETS integration group, VETS + kicking bullying integration group, and control group. The research was conducted in the form of VETS-based futsal training for 16 meetings. The research instrument used a validated and reliable VETS questionnaire, including 30 items with a focus on respect, equity, and inclusion. Data analysis was conducted using Anova statistical test and independent t-test to compare the effect of intervention between groups. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the VETS group and the VETS integration + kicking bullying group, there was no significant difference between the VETS group and the control group, and there was a significant difference between the VETS integration with kicking bullying group and the control group. This study concluded that the development of VETS through futsal is an effective method to instill positive values in elementary school students and has a positive influence on student behaviour, especially in respecting rules, teamwork, and empathy for peers.
