Abstract
Pentingnya pencapaian Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang dapat diwujudkan dengan berbagai cara, diantaranya melalui metode pembelajaran. Prasiaga PAUD merupakan salah satu metode yang paling efektif dan efesien dalam pencapaiannya. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, faktor pendukung, dan hambatan implementasi model pembelajaran prasiaga PAUD dalam mendukung pencapaian profil pelajar Pancasila di TK Yakeswa Kota Bandung. Dapat menemukan maknanya, melakukan evaluasi, perbaikan hasil penelitian, memberikan inspirasi dan berbagai alternatif pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi. Penelitian dilakukan karena fenomena tersebut merupakan isu terkini dan penting untuk segera dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan, penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi adalah instrumen yang digunakan. Temuan mendeskripsikan, pembuatan perencanaan berupa RKL (Rencana Kegiatan Latihan) untuk setiap 7 (tujuh) model kegiatan Prasiaga. Pembuatan dan penyediaan media, materi, sumber ajar, setting lokasi, dan SOP-nya. Pelaksanaannya, TK Yakeswa sudah melaksanakan 6 (enam) model kegiatan Prasiaga dan belum melaksanakan kegiatan gebyar Prasiaga gembira. Dari hasil evaluasi, walaupun ada yang harus dibenahi, namun implementasinya menunjukkan dukungan pencapaian Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Dipengaruhi faktor pendukung internal maupun eksternal, seperti: perencanaan sesuai pedoman, niat tulus, adaptif, komitmen, konsisten, keteladanan, komunikasi efektif dan persuasif, kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat yang terus bersinergi. Hambatan muncul dari sarana prasarana yang minim, potensi Sumber Daya Manusia yang membutuhkan waktu dan komitmen lebih dalam berproses. The importance of achieving the Pancasila Student Profile can be realized in various ways, including through learning methods. Prasiaga PAUD is one of the most effective and efficient methods in achieving it. The study aims to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, supporting factors, obstacles to the implementation of the PAUD Prasiaga learning model in supporting the achievement of the Pancasila student profile at TK Yakeswa, Bandung City. Can find its meaning, conduct evaluations, improve research results, provide inspiration and various alternative solutions to problems faced. The study was conducted because the phenomenon is a current issue and is important to be carried out immediately. The method used is qualitative case study research. Interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation are the instruments used. The findings describe the creation of planning in the form of RKL (Training Activity Plan) for each of the 7 (seven) Prasiaga activity models. Creation and provision of media, materials, teaching resources, location settings, and SOPs. In its implementation, TK Yakeswa has implemented 6 (six) Prasiaga activity models and has not implemented the Prasiaga happy celebration activity. From the evaluation results, although there are some things that need to be fixed, the implementation shows support for the achievement of the Pancasila Student Profile. Influenced by internal and external supporting factors, such as: planning according to guidelines, sincere intentions, adaptive, commitment, consistency, role models, effective and persuasive communication, collaboration between teachers, parents, and the community that continues to synergize. Obstacles arise from minimal facilities and infrastructure, the potential of Human Resources that require more time and commitment in the process.
