Abstract

Floating Market Lembang merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata gastronomi lokal yang terkenal di Kabupaten Bandung Barat dengan dijumpainya berbagai makanan lokal. Hasil pra penelitian menunjukan wisatawan tertarik untuk membeli makanan lokal tetapi lebih tertarik untuk membeli makanan kekinian. Penelitian ini memberikan insight yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana persepsi wisatawan pada gastronomi lokal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terhadap daya tarik wisata gastronomi lokal di Floating Market Lembang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mixed method (kualitatif dan kuantitatif) dengan pendekatan Concurent Triangulation Strategy melalui pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan kuisioner. Wawancara dilakukan kepada stakeholder Nona Helix dan kuisioner disebarkan pada 110 orang wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke Floating Market Lembang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi wisatawan terhadap daya tarik wisata Floating Market Lembang ditinjau dari komponen daya tarik wisata mendapatkan hasil yang sangat baik dengan skor persentase rata-rata 87,93%. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa objek wisata gastronomi lokal di Floating Market Lembang memiliki komponen daya tarik wisata yang tersedia dengan baik. Floating Market Lembang is one of the famous local gastronomy tourist destinations in West Bandung Regency with a variety of local foods. Pre-research results show that tourists are interested in buying local food but are more interested in buying contemporary food. This research provides deeper insight into how tourists perceive local gastronomy. The purpose of this study was to determine tourists' perceptions of local gastronomic attractions at Floating Market Lembang. The research design used in this study is a mixed method approach (qualitative and quantitative) with a Concurrent Triangulation Strategy approach through data collection of interviews, observations and questionnaires. Interviews were conducted with Nona Helix stakeholders and questionnaires were distributed to 110 tourists who had visited Floating Market Lembang. The results of this study indicate that tourists' perceptions of the Floating Market Lembang tourist attraction in terms of the tourist attraction component get very good results with an average percentage score of 87,93%. This proves that the local gastronomy tourist attraction at Floating Market Lembang has a tourist attraction component that is well available.
