Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh informasi penguasaan konsep peserta didik setelah diimplementasikannya model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing pada materi pengaruh ion senama dan pH terhadap kelarutan. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eskperimen dengan pretest-posttest nonequivalen control group design. Subjek penelitian ini peserta didik kelas XI semester genap dengan 28 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 30 peserta didik sebagai kelas kontrol di salah satu SMA di Kota Bandung. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes tertulis dalam bentuk lima soal pilihan berganda dan lima soal uraian, angket serta pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penguasaan konsep peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen lebih baik dibandingkan kelas kontrol, dengan nilai rata-rata N-Gain kelas eksperimen 0,5 dan N-gain kelas kontrol sebesar 0,23. Berdasarkan uji statistika terdapat perbedaan pengusaan konsep yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Penguasaan konsep kelas eksperimen pada kelompok tinggi memperoleh rata-rata nilai N-gain sebesar 0,65, kelompok sedang sebesar 0,50 dan kelompok rendah sebesar 0,31. Ketiga kelompok kelas eksperimen termasuk kriteria sedang. Peserta didik beranggapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan pemahaman, memudahkan dalam memahami konsep serta, peserta didik merasa lebih mudah belajar dengan model inkuiri terbimbing. The purpose of this research was to obtain information about mastery of concepts students after the implementation of guided inquiry in the material common effect ion and pH on solubility. The research method used quasi experimental with nonequivalen pretest-posttest control group design. The subject of this research consist of eleven grade students in one of high school in Bandung with 28 students as the experimental class and 30 students as the control class. The research instrument consist of a written test, this test include five multiple-choice and five description question, questionnaire and interview guides. The results showed mastery of the concept students in the experimental class is better than the control class, with an average value of N-Gain experimental class 0.5 and N-gain control class is 0.23. Based on the test statistics are significant differences between the mastery of concept experiment class and control class. Mastery of the concept of high-group experimental class gained an average value of N-gain is 0.65, the moderate group is 0.50 and the low group is 0.31. The third groups experimental class includes moderate criteria . The student assume are guided inquiry learning can improve comprehension, easy in understanding the concept as well, the students find it easier to learn guided inquiry learning.
