Abstract
ABSTRAK Program modal bergulir Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberhasilan program modal bergulir BUMDES dalam masyarakat di Desa Pasirreungit, Kecamatan Paseh, Kabupaten Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program modal bergulir BUMDES di Desa Pasirreungit telah tepat dalam membangun perekonomian masyarakat. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat penerima manfaat program. Selain itu, program modal bergulir BUMDES juga telah meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas produk usaha masyarakat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa program efektif dalam membangun perekonomian masyarakat desa. program ini perlu terus dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan agar dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat desa. Agar program tetap berkelanjutan tersebut mencakup peningkatan komunikasi, sosialisasi, perbaikan proses permohonan, pendekatan kolaboratif, dukungan pelatihan, dan evaluasi berkala. Kata kunci: program modal bergulir, BUMDES, masyarakat desa ABSTRACK The Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) revolving capital program is one of the government's efforts to improve the economy of rural communities. This research aims to analyze the success of the BUMDES revolving capital program in the community of Pasirreungit Village, Paseh District, Sumedang Regency. The study adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted qualitatively using inductive data analysis techniques. The research results indicate that the BUMDES revolving capital program in Pasirreungit Village has been successful in building the community's economy. This is evident from the increased income and well-being of the program beneficiaries. Additionally, the BUMDES revolving capital program has also enhanced the productivity and quality of the community's business products. It can be concluded that the program is effective in fostering the economic development of rural communities. The program needs to be continually developed and improved to provide greater benefits to the rural population. To ensure the sustainability of the program, it should encompass improvements in communication, socialization, application process refinement, collaborative approaches, training support, and periodic evaluations.
