Abstract
Kemajuan teknologi yang memiliki banyak dampak positif juga ternyata memiliki dampak negatif yang berbanding terbalik dengan nilai kebangsaan dan kebudayaan bangsa Indonesia. Dengan merambahnya teknologi di kalangan masyarakat, maka banyak pula budaya baru. Mata pelajaran IPS dengan pembelajaran yang bersumber dari kehidupan sosial masyarakat Indonesia yang diseleksi dengan menggunakan berbagai konsep pembelajaran, yang salah satunya dapat diterapkan melalui pembelajaran yang bertujuan agar melestarikan kearifan lokal merupakan aspek penting dalam lanskap pendidikan di Indonesia. Pemanfaatan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Tradisi Tutup Taun Ngemban Taun menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelestarian Tradisi Tutup Taun Ngemban Taun yang ada di kampung Adat Cireundeu Kelurahan Leuwigajah Kota Cimahi, bagaimana caranya menjaga kelestarian tradisi ini, serta bagaimana mengimplementasikannya kedalam sumber belajar IPS. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Tradisi Tutup Taun Ngemban Taun dapat menjadi Sumber Belajar IPS, 2) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Tradisi Tutup Taun Ngemban Taun dapat dijadikan sumber belajar IPS berbasis kearifan lokal dengan nilai-nilai muatan lokal, nilai ekologis geografi, dan nilai etnis antropologis yang ada didalamnya, 3) Pemanfaatan Tradisi Tutup Taun Ngemban Taun sebagai Sumber Belajar IPS dapat diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran IPS kelas 7 Mengenal alam dan Interaksi Sosial, namun pemanfaatan Tutup Taun Ngemban Taun Sebagai Sumber Belajar IPS masih belum optimal dilaksanakan. Dengan pembelajaran tersebut peserta didik dapat mengeksplor secara luas mengenai berbagai nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang ada pada tradisi Tutup Taun Ngemban Taun sekaligus mengenal dan melestarikan budaya bangsa. Technological advances that have many positive impacts also have negative impacts that are inversely proportional to the national values and culture of the Indonesian nation. With the penetration of technology into society, there are also many new cultures. Social studies subjects with learning that originates from the social life of Indonesian society are selected using various learning concepts, one of which can be applied through learning that aims to preserve local wisdom, an important aspect of the educational landscape in Indonesia. This study's main focus is the utilization of local wisdom values of the Tutup Taun Ngemban Taun Tradition. This study aims to determine the preservation of the Tutup Taun Ngemban Taun Tradition in the Cireundeu Traditional Village, Leuwigajah Village, Cimahi City, how to maintain the sustainability of this tradition, and how to implement it into social studies learning resources. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The findings of this study indicate that: 1) The Tutup Taun Tradition can be a source of social studies learning, 2) Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the Tutup Taun Ngemban Taun Tradition can be used as a source of social studies learning based on local wisdom with local content values, geographical ecological values, and anthropological ethnic values contained therein, 3) Utilization of the Tutup Taun Ngemban Taun Tradition as a source of social studies learning can be integrated into 7th grade social studies learning about nature and social interaction, but the utilization of Tutup Taun Ngemban Taun as a source of social studies learning has not been optimally implemented. With this learning, students can explore widely the various local wisdom values contained in the Tutup Taun Ngemban Taun tradition while at the same time recognizing and preserving the nation's culture.
