Abstract
Pemanfaatan limbah kulit pisang untuk meningkatkan innovation skills siswa kelas XI SMKN 63 Jakarta. Untuk mengetahui peningkatan innovation skills kepada siswa peneliti menggunakan model pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, 1) Mengetahui keterlaksanaan Project Based Learning (PjBL) siswa kelas XI APHP 63 Jakarta, 2) Mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan Innovation Skills siswa kelas XI APHP SMKN 63 Jakarta, dan 3) Mengetahui bagaimana kualitas produk dari limbah kulit pisang yang diproses di SMKN 63 Jakarta, dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus untuk penerapan pembelajaran. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI APHP 2 sebanyak 12 orang. Hasil dari keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran PJBL dinyatakan “Sangat Baik” dengan presentase 100% terlaksana. Hasil peningkatan innovation skills aspek kognitif siswa, mengalami peningkatan skor N-Gain mendapatkan nilai 0,67 yang dikategorikan “Sedang”, innovation skills pada aspek afektif rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 90,46% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”, dan untuk psikomotorik pada kelompok 1 mendapatkan rata-rata nilai 98,50 sedangkan kelompok 2 mendapatkan rata-rata nilai 97,82 maka setiap kelompok dikategorikan “Sangat Baik”. Untuk kualitas produk yang terbuat dari kulit pisang siswa menyukai mulai dari warna, rasa, aroma, tekstur, dan kenampakan dengan dikategorikan “Suka”. Utilization of banana peel waste to improve innovation skills of class XI students of SMKN 63 Jakarta. To determine the improvement of innovation skills to students, researchers used a project-based learning (PjBL) learning model. This research aims to, 1) Knowing the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) for students in class XI APHP 63 Jakarta, 2) Knowing how the increase in Innovation Skills of students in class XI APHP SMKN 63 Jakarta, and 3) Knowing how the quality of products from banana peel waste processed at SMKN 63 Jakarta, with a Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with two cycles for the application of learning. The sample in this study was XI APHP 2 class students as many as 12 people. The results of the implementation of the PJBL learning model were declared “Very Good” with a percentage of 100% implemented. The results of increasing innovation skills in the cognitive aspect of students, experiencing an increase in N-Gain scores getting a value of 0.67 which is categorized as “Moderate”, innovation skills in the affective aspect the average obtained is 90.46% with the category “Very Good”, and for psychomotrics in group 1 getting an average score of 98.50 while group 2 gets an average score of 97.82 then each group is categorized as “Very Good”. For the quality of products made from banana peels, students liked the color, taste, aroma, texture, and appearance with the category “Like”.
