Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh minat belajar dan perilaku belajar terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi pada mata kuliah Akuntansi Dasar dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel moderator. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 154 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak menggunakan teknik random sampling. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitasnya dengan korelasi product moment dan reliabilitasnya dengan Cronbach's alpha. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data meliputi regresi linear multiple dan analisis regresi moderasi, serta uji asumsi klasik seperti uji normalitas, linearitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar dan perilaku belajar secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Selain itu, motivasi belajar terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara minat belajar dan perilaku belajar dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa. This study aimed to analyze the influence of learning interest and learning behavior on the academic performance of Accounting Education students in the Basic Accounting course, with learning motivation as a moderating variable. The research adopted a quantitative approach with a descriptive-verificative design. The sample consisted of 154 students selected through random sampling. The research instruments were validated using product moment correlation, and their reliability was tested with Cronbach's alpha. Data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis, along with classical assumption tests. The results showed that both learning interest and learning behavior had a positive and significant impact on academic performance. Additionally, learning motivation was proven to moderate the relationship between learning interest, learning behavior, and academic performance.
