Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis bagaimana implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya sekolah dalam menumbuhkan karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada peserta didik melalui program kearifan lokal Tatanen di Bale Atikan (TdBA). Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang berlokasi di Sekolah Ekologi Kahuripan Pajajaran UPTD SMPN 10 Purwakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, guru dan siswa sekolah Ekologi. Data yang diperoleh di analisis menggunakan model interractive Miles dan Huberman, meliputi pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang Transformasional mampu mentransformasi sebuah kebijakan untuk diimplementasikan. Implementasi program Kearifan Lokal Tatanen di bale Atikan dapat membentuk budaya sekolah yang mampu menghasilkan siswa yeng memiliki karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila melalui proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan dan evaluasi yang diinternalisasikan ke dalam Visi dan Misi sekolah, program intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler dan kokurikuler berbasis Tatanen di Bale Atikan serta pelaksanaan program dan pembuatan tata tertib sekolah. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mampu mentrasformasikan program Tatanen di Bale Atikan sehingga dapat dilaksanakan dengan empat praktik yaitu; idealism pengaruh, stimulasi intelektual, motivasi inspirasional dan konsiderasi pribadi. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin mampu menjadi teladan, inspirator bagi bawahan dan peserta didik, berinovasi, dan komunikatif terhadap warga sekolah. Ketegasan dan konsistensi pemimpin dan warga sekolah dalam pelaksanaan TdBA mampu membentuk karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila Pancasila pada diri siswa. Pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah dalam bentuk Program Tatanen di Bale Atikan dapat di transformasikan oleh guru dan kepala sekolah dalam memimpin proses pendidikan yang berdasarkan pada prinsip universal yaitu terciptanya pembelajaran seumur hidup (life long learning) yang bermutu melalui kegiatan pembiasaan, intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler dan kokurikuler. This research aim is to describe and analyze how the implementation of transformational leadership and school culture in cultivating the Pancasila Student Profile Character in student through the Tanatanen di Bale Atikan (TdBA). The research methods uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach located at the Sekolah Ekologi Kahuripan Pajajaran UPTD SMPN 10 Purwakarta. Data collection techniques uses interview, observation, and documentation. Participants in this research were the principal, teachers and students of the Sekolah Ekologi. The data obtained was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data collection, data presentation, data reduction and conclusions. The research results show that transformational school principal leadership is able to transform a policy implantation. Implemntation of the Tatanen di Bale Atikan can form a school culture that is able to produce student who have the character of the Pancasila student Profile through planning, oganizing, leadership and evaluation processes wich are internalized into the school’s Vision and Mision, intracurriculer, extracurricular and co-curricular programs based Tatanen di Bale Atikan, monitoring and implement programs and create school regulation. The principal’s leadership was able to transform the Tatanen di Bale Atikan program. That it could be implemented with four practices; idealism influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation and personal consideration. The principal as a leader is able to be a role model, an ispiration for subordinates and students, innovative and communicative with the school community. The firmness and consistency of school leaders and residents in implementing TdBA is able to shape the Pancasila Student Profile character in student. Character education through school culture in the form of the Tatanen di Bale Atikan program can be transformed by teachers and school principals in leading an educational process based on universal principles, namely the creation, of quality lifelong learning through habituation intracurricular, extracurricular, co-curricular activities.
