Abstract
SMK Negeri 63 Jakarta belum memiliki Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) yang berfungsi sebagai panduan keselamatan kerja dalam kegiatan produksi di unit produksi. SOP Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dibutuhkan agar peserta didik dapat melaksanakan kegiatan produksi dengan aman dan kondusif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) mengetahui kelayakan SOP Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja di Unit Produksi SMKN 63 Jakarta, 2) mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan K3 peserta didik setelah menggunakan SOP K3 di Unit Produksi SMKN 63 Jakarta, 3) mengetahui tindakan K3 peserta didik dalam pelaksanaan produksi minuman sari jeruk kunci setelah menerapkan SOP K3 Unit Produksi SMKN 63. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) pada pengembangan SOP dengan sampel 20 peserta didik kelas XI APHP dan menggunakan pre-experimental design dengan menggunakan metode one group pretest-posttest design pada penerapan SOP dengan sampel 12 peserta didik kelas X APHP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, SOP yang dirancang dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” oleh ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan ahli media. SOP K3 meningkatkan pengetahuan K3 peserta didik dengan kategori “sedang”. Tindakan K3 peserta didik setelah menerapkan SOP K3 mendapat kategori “Sangat Baik”. Penerapan SOP K3 mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, serta membentuk kebiasaan bekerja yang aman dan bertanggung jawab.
SMKN 63 Jakarta does not yet have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that functions as a guide for occupational safety in production activities in the production unit. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) SOPs are needed so that students can carry out production activities safely and conducively. The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine the feasibility of the Occupational Health and Safety SOP in the SMKN 63 Jakarta Production Unit, 2) to determine the increase in students' K3 knowledge after using the K3 SOP in the SMKN 63 Jakarta Production Unit, 3) to determine the K3 actions of students in the implementation of the production of Jeruk Kunci juice drinks after implementing the SMKN 63 Production Unit K3 SOP. This study uses the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) in the development of SOPs with a sample of 20 class XI APHP students and uses a pre-experimental design using the one group pretest-posttest design method in the application of SOPs with a sample of 12 class X APHP students. Based on the research results, the designed SOP was declared “Very Appropriate” by material experts, language experts and media experts. The K3 SOP increased students’ K3 knowledge with the “moderate” category. Students’ K3 actions after implementing the K3 SOP were categorized as “Very Good”. The implementation of the K3 SOP was able to increase students’ understanding of the importance of occupational safety and health, as well as forming safe and responsible working habits.
