    Abstract

    Mahasiswa calon Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling perlu memiliki keterampilan interpersonal untuk dapat menunjang tugas-tugasnya. Self-disclosure merupakan salah satu keterampilan interpersonal yang perlu dimiliki oleh mahasiswa calon Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun program bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengembangkan self-disclosure mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah 195 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu pengembangan dari instrumen Revised Self-Disclosure Scale (RSDV). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran self-disclosure mahasiswa calon Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling secara umum berada pada kategori terbuka. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan antara self-disclosure mahasiwa laki-laki dan perempuan. Selain itu, dirumuskan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengembangkan self-disclosure mahasiswa calon Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling yang difokuskan pada layanan dasar melalu layanan bimbingan klasikal dan bimbingan kelompok untuk membantu mahasiswa memelihara dan mengembangkan self-disclosure.

    Prospective Guidance and Counseling Teacher students must possess interpersonal skills to support their tasks. Self-disclosure is one of the interpersonal skills that these students need to develop. This study aims to create a guidance and counseling program to foster student self-disclosure. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey method was utilized in this research. Nonprobability sampling was used, specifically an accidental sampling technique, involving a total of 195 students. The instrument developed for this study was the Revised Self-Disclosure Scale (RSDV). The results indicated that the self-disclosure levels of prospective Guidance and Counseling Teacher students were generally categorized as open. Furthermore, the findings revealed no significant difference in self-disclosure between male and female students. Additionally, a guidance and counseling service program was formulated to enhance self-disclosure among prospective Guidance and Counseling Teacher students, focusing on basic services through classical guidance and group guidance to help students cultivate and maintain self-disclosure.
