    Abstract

    Rendahnya perilaku berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa Prodi Kewirausahaan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia menjadi masalah utama yang perlu diselesaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum entrepreneurial self-efficacy, orientasi kewirausahaan dan intensi berwirausaha dan perilaku berwirausaha. Serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh entrepreneurial self-efficacy, orientasi kewirausahaan dan intensi berwirausaha terhadap perilaku berwirausaha mahasiswa prodi kewirausahaan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 157 dari 259 mahasiswa yang belum memiliki usaha. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berupa google form dengan analisis data menggunakan data statistik deskriptif dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial self-efficacy, orientasi kewirausahaan dan intensi berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku berwirausaha sebesar 75% terhadap mahasiswa prodi Kewirausahaan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dan sisanya 25% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti norma subyektif dan efektivitas pelatihan.

    The low entrepreneurial behavior of Entrepreneurship Study Program Students at the Indonesian Education University is a major problem that needs to be resolved. This study aims to determine the general description of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior. And to find out how much influence entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial intention have on the entrepreneurial behavior of students of the Indonesian Education University Entrepreneurship Study Program. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. The number of samples in this study was 157 out of 259 students who did not have a business. The data collection was carried out through a questionnaire in the form of a google form with data analysis using descriptive statistical data and multiple regression tests. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial intention have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior by 75% of students of the Indonesian Education University Entrepreneurship Study Program and the remaining 25% is influenced by other factors such as subjective norms and training effectiveness.
