    Abstract

    Pada proses kegiatan belajar yang didominasi oleh pendidik mengakibatkan minimnya aktivitas siswa karena mayoritas hanya mendengar penyampaian materi oleh pendidik sehingga kurang mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kreatif dan kritis, yang mengakibatkan adanya pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui: (1) Gambaran penerapan model ajar Numbered Heads Together; (2) Hasil belajar siswa kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen pada penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together; (3) Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (4) Gambaran persepsi siswa tentang penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together pada elemen rencana biaya dan penjadwalan proyek konstruksi bangunan di SMK PU Negeri Bandung. Ditemukan minimnya interaksi, rasa penasaran, percaya diri selama berlangsungnya kegiatan belajar yang disebabkan oleh dominasi pendidik. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan secara kuantitatif dan mengaplikasikan metode quasi experimental design. Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran, lembar observasi, dokumentasi, tes, serta angket. Hasil analisis diperoleh kelas eksperimen mendapat hasil serta peningkatan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini mendapat respons positif dari siswa pada penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together.

    In the learning process dominated by educators, there is minimal student activity because the majority only listen to the delivery of material by educators so that it does not encourage students to think creatively and critically, which results in an impact on learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Description of the application of the Numbered Heads Together teaching model; (2) Learning outcomes of students in the control class and experimental class in the application of the Numbered Heads Together learning model; (3) Improvement in learning outcomes of students in the control class and experimental class before and after the application of the Numbered Heads Together learning model (4) Description of student perceptions about the application of the Numbered Heads Together learning model on the elements of the cost plan and scheduling of building construction projects at SMK PU Negeri Bandung. It was found that there was minimal interaction, curiosity, and self-confidence during the learning activities caused by the dominance of educators. This study applies a quantitative approach and applies the quasi-experimental design method. This study uses learning tools, observation sheets, documentation, tests, and questionnaires. The results of the analysis obtained by the experimental class got higher results and improvements compared to the control class. This study received a positive response from students in the application of the Numbered Heads Together learning model.
