    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pola interaksi guru dalam membangun karakter kemandirian anak usia dini di TK Al-Furqon Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan partisipan yang terdiri dari dua orang guru dan dua orang anak usia dini. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola interaksi guru yang diterapkan yaitu pola interaksi demokratis yang ditandai dengan komunikasi yang erat antara guru dan siswa, pembelajaran yang bersifat bebas dan terbuka, proses pembelajaran dapat dilakukan di dalam maupun di luar ruangan dan juga guru memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, perkembangan karakter kemandirian anak terlihat dari kemampuan fisik, rasa percaya diri, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, pandai bergaul dan dapat mengendalikan emosi. Adapun hambatan pola interaksi yang dihadapi guru dalam membangun karakter kemandirian anak meliputi hambatan dari faktor internal dan hambatan dari faktor eksternal. Berdasarkan hasil kesimpulan penelitian di atas, peneliti merekomendasikan untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengeksplorasi aspek-aspek lain yang mempengaruhi kemandirian anak usia dini, seperti peran teman sebaya, lingkungan keluarga, dan teknologi pendidikan. This research aims to explore teacher interaction patterns in building the independent character of early childhood in Al-Furqon Kindergarten, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation with participants consisting of two teachers and two young children. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the pattern of teacher interaction applied is a democratic interaction pattern which is characterized by close communication between teachers and students, learning is free and open, the learning process can be carried out indoors or outdoors and teachers also provide opportunities for students to participate. active in the learning process. Apart from that, the development of children's independent character can be seen from their physical abilities, self-confidence, responsibility, discipline, sociability and ability to control emotions. The obstacles to interaction patterns faced by teachers in building children's independent character include obstacles from internal factors and obstacles from external factors. Based on the results of the research conclusions above, the researcher recommends that further research can explore other aspects that influence early childhood independence, such as the role of peers, family environment, and educational technology.
