Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan pendidikan di era Society 5.0 yang menuntut adaptasi kompetensi pedagogik guru. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan memberikan solusi yang tepat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan era society 5.0 di MI Sunan Gunung Djati. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru telah menerapkan pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa dan mengintegrasikan keterampilan abad 21, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam integrasi teknologi pembelajaran. Kesenjangan utama ditemukan pada kemampuan menggunakan teknologi advanced seperti Internet of Things (IoT), Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality, dan Artificial Intelligence dalam pembelajaran. Kebutuhan kompetensi pedagogik yang teridentifikasi meliputi peningkatan keterampilan integrasi teknologi, pengembangan metode identifikasi dan pengembangan potensi spesifik peserta didik, serta peningkatan objektivitas dan konsistensi dalam penilaian. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru, terutama dalam aspek integrasi teknologi pembelajaran dan pengembangan potensi peserta didik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan fasilitas teknologi di madrasah dan program pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kompetensi pedagogik dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan era Society 5.0. This research is motivated by the challenges of education in the Society 5.0 era, which demands adapting teachers' pedagogical competencies. This research aims to find and provide the right solution to meet the pedagogical competency needs of teachers in facing the educational challenges of the society 5.0 era at MI Sunan Gunung Djati. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using source and method triangulation techniques. The research results show that teachers have implemented student-centered learning and integrated 21st-century skills but still need help integrating learning technology. The central gap is using advanced technology such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality, and Artificial Intelligence in learning. Identified pedagogical competency needs include increasing technology integration skills, developing methods for identifying and developing the specific potential of students, and growing objectivity and consistency in assessment. This research concludes that there is an urgent need to improve teachers' pedagogical competence, especially in integrating learning technology and developing students' potential. This research recommends improving technological facilities in madrasas and ongoing training programs for teachers to meet the need for pedagogical competence in facing the educational challenges of the Society 5.0 era.
