Abstract
Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka untuk mewujudkan murid berprofil pelajar Pancasila. Di sisi lain, pelaksanaan P5 di Sekolah masih menimbulkan masalah. SMP Bina Harapan Jatigede dan Fakultas Pertanian UNPAD membuat program Binaraja Millennials Smart Farming (BMSF) yang terintegrasi dengan kegiatan P5 dan telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan manajemen program BMSF dalam upaya mewujudkan profil pelajar Pancasila pada SMP Bina Harapan Jatigede Kabupaten Sumedang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 1. Kondisi eksisiting manajemen program BMSF sudah berfungsi dengan baik mulai dari tahap perencanaan program, pengorganisasian tim, pola kepemimpinan, dan sistem pengawasan serta upaya tindak lanjutnya; 2. Penerapan manajemen program BMSF sudah berjalan efektif jika dilihat dari ketercapaian indikator seperti adanya pemahaman yang baik terhadap program, ketepatan waktu dalam mencapai sasaran dan tujuan, dan perubahan nyata yang terjadi; 3. Efektivitas penerapan manajemen program BMSF banyak dipengaruhi oleh faktor kekuatan berupa potensi sumber daya genetik lokal dan generasi muda (millennials), faktor peluang yaitu kemitraan dengan UNPAD dan stakeholder lainnya, faktor tantangan yaitu keterbatasan finansial dan sarana prasarana, dan faktor ancaman seperti sinergitas tim dosen dalam mendukung keberlanjutan program; dan 4. Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam melaksanakan manajemen program BMSF yaitu melakukan peningkatan kompetensi tim melalui pelatihan, riset, dan publikasi ilmiah, pengelolaan sistem pembelajaran blended learning, optimalisasi potensi kemitraan dan kewirausahaan, penerapan core value budaya kerja, penguatan komunikasi efektif, serta pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi berkala. On the other hand, the implementation of P5 in schools still causes problems. Bina Harapan Jatigede Junior High School and the UNPAD Faculty of Agriculture created the Binaraja program Millennials Smart Farming (BMSF) which is integrated with P5 activities and has been proven to improve the character profile of Pancasila students. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of BMSF program management in an effort to realize the profile of Pancasila students at Bina Harapan Jatigede Junior High School, Sumedang Regency using descriptive research methods and qualitative approach. Based on the research results, it is known that 1. The existing condition of BMSF program management has been functioning well starting from the program planning stage, team organization, leadership patterns, and monitoring systems and follow-up efforts; 2. The implementation of BMSF program management has been running effectively when viewed from achievement of indicators such as good understanding of the program, timeliness in achieving targets and objectives, and real changes that occur; 3. The effectiveness of the implementation of BMSF program management is greatly influenced by strength factors in the form of local genetic resource potential and the younger generation ( millennials ), factors opportunities, namely partnerships with UNPAD and other stakeholders, challenge factors, namely financial and infrastructure limitations, and threat factors, such as the synergy of the lecturer team in supporting the sustainability of the program; and 4. The Principal's strategy in implementing BMSF program management is to improve team competency through training, research and scientific publications, and managing a blended learning system. learning, optimizing partnership and entrepreneurship potential, implementing core work culture values, strengthening effective communication, and implementing periodic monitoring and evaluation.
