    Abstract

    Pendahuluan: Pendidikan sebagai salah satu faktor determinan perkawinan anak di Indonesia masih rendah, dibuktikan dengan tingginya jumlah perkawinan anak. Adanya risiko yang besar bagi remaja dalam perkawinan anak mengharuskan adanya pendidikan kesehatan yang baik dan benar. Hal tersebut akan berdampak pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja sebagai pencegahan dan penurunan angka perkawinan anak. Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas refusal skills role-play secara flipped classroom terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang perkawinan anak. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan Two-Group Pretest-Posttest Design yang telah dilakukan terhadap 140 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan dan sikap. Hasil: Penelitian ini didapatkan hasil perbedaan yang signifikan pada indikator pengetahuan dengan nilai 0.000 (p < 0.05). Sedangkan pada indikator sikap tidak terdapat hasil yang signifikan dengan hasil 1.000 (p > 0.05). Terdapat banyak kelebihan dari model pembelajaran refusal skills role-play secara flipped classroom ini. Namun bukan hal yang mudah untuk dapat mengubah pola pembelajaran serta menggabungkan model pembelajaran dari konvensional menjadi modern. Perlu adanya upaya pendekatan edukatif, promotif, dan preventif yang terstruktur demi meningkatkan kesadaran akan hak-hak serta risiko kesehatan dan sosial dari perkawinan anak. Simpulan: Metode refusal skills role-play secara flipped classroom terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tetapi belum cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan sikap.

    Introduction: Education as one of the determinants of child marriage in Indonesia is still low, as evidenced by the high number of child marriages. The high risk for adolescents in child marriage requires good and proper health education. This will have an impact on increasing adolescent knowledge and attitudes as prevention and reduction of child marriage rates. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of refusal skills role-play in flipped classrooms on adolescent knowledge and attitudes about child marriage. Method: This study used a Two-Group Pretest-Posttest Design which was conducted on 140 respondents. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling. Sampling was carried out using a knowledge and attitude questionnaire. Results: This study obtained significant differences in the knowledge indicator with a value of 0.000 (p <0.05). While in the attitude indicator there were no significant results with a result of 1,000 (p> 0.05). There are many advantages of the refusal skills role-play learning model in flipped classrooms. However, it is not easy to change learning patterns and combine learning models from conventional to modern. There needs to be a structured educational, promotive, and preventive approach to increase awareness of the rights and health and social risks of child marriage. Conclusion: The refusal skills role-play method in the flipped classroom has proven effective in increasing knowledge but has not been effective enough in improving attitudes.
