Abstract

Masuknya remaja ke Lembaga Pemasyarakatan sebagai Andikpas akan membuat
mereka mengalami perubahan lingkungan dari yang penuh dengan kebebasan dan
dukungan sosial ke lingkungan LAPAS yang tidak bebas, keras, dan jauh dari
dukungan orang-orang terdekat, termasuk keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mendapatkan data empirik tentang hubungan antara persepsi terhadap pola asuh
orang tua dengan resiliensi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 92 Anak Didik Lembaga
Pemasyarakatan Anak Kelas III Bandung. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini
menggunakan kuesioner Persepsi Pola Asuh Orang Tua yang disusun mengacu
kepada teori persepsi Atkinson (1999) dan teori pola asuh Baumrind and
Macobby & Martin (Steinberg, 1993). Sedangkan kuesioner Resiliensi mengacu
pada teori David Connor (2003). Hasil analisa dengan korelasi spearman rank
diperoleh hasil pola asuh orang tua authoritative, permissive indulgent dan
permissive indifferent memiliki koefisien korelasi >0,2. Hal ini dimaknai bahwa
terdapat hubungan antara persepsi pola asuh authoritative,permissive indulgent
dan permissive indifferent dengan resiliensi. Rekomendasi untuk peneliti
selanjutnya diharapkan metode penelitian tidak hanya kuantatif, agar hasil yang
didapatkan bisa lebih memberikan informasi yang lebih mendalam dan gambaran
mengenai aspek-aspek lain di luar persepsi pola asuh orang tua yang
mempengaruhi tingkat kemampuan resiliensi.

The entry of adolescents to Juvenile Hall as prisoner will make them undergo
changes of environmental filled with freedom and social support to the Juvenile
Hall environment that is not free, hard and away from the support of those closest,
including family. This study aimed to get empirical data about correlation
between perceived parenting style and resilience. Subject of this study were 92
criminals in Juvenile Hall Class III Bandung. This study data collection using
questionnaires perceived of parenting style were prepared reffering to the theory
of perception Atkinson (1999) and parenting styles Baumrind and Macobby &
Martin (Steinberg, 1993). While the questionnaire resilience refers to the theory of
Connor Davidson (2003). The result of using spearman rank analysis showed that
the perceived of authoritative, permissive indulgent and permissive indifferent
parenting styles have a correlation coefficient >0,2. It means that there was
correlation between perceived of authoritative, permissive indulgent and
pemissive indifferent parenting styles with resilience. Recommendation for futher
research is expected to use not only quantitive research methods, so that the result
may provide more in-depth information and description of the other asspects
beyond the perceived of parenting styles that affects the ability of resilience.
