Abstract

Mengoptimalkan tugas perkembangan pada usia remaja memerlukan kondisi psikologis yang sehat dan positif. Maka perlu adanya perhatian lebih terhadap psychological well-being. Psychological well-being merupakan kompetensi yang perlu dimiliki oleh remaja karena akan berdampak positif dalam menghadapi tantangan dan perubahan yang akan datang. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil psychological well-being pada remaja di organisasi kepemudaan generasi berencana (GenRe) dan implikasinya terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan cross-sectional study, pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampel jenuh digunakan, melibatkan seluruh anggota Generasi Benerencana (GenRe) di Kota Bandung, Kabupaten Bandung, dan Kabupaten Bandung Barat sebanyak 85 orang. Hasil penelitian secara umum menunjukan remaja di organisasi kepemudaan generasi berencana (GenRe) memiliki psychological well-being yang berada pada kategori Moderate Psychological Well-Being. Hasil penelitian menjadi dasar penyusunan program bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengembangkan psychological well-being remaja di organisasi kepemudaan generasi berencana (GenRe). Rancangan layanan bimbingan klasikal bertujuan untuk mengembangkan psychological well-being yang berfokus pada upaya preventif dan pengembangan keterampilan. Optimizing developmental tasks in adolescence requires a healthy and positive psychological condition. So there needs to be more attention to psychological well-being. Psychological well-being is a competency that teenagers need to have because it will have a positive impact in facing future challenges and changes. The research aims to determine the psychological well-being profile of adolescents in the planned generation youth organization (GenRe) and its implementation of guidance and counseling services. The research uses a survey method with a cross-sectional study, quantitative approach. The saturated sampling technique used involved all members of the Beneplan Generation (GenRe) in Bandung City, Bandung Regency and West Bandung Regency, totaling 85 people. The research results generally show that teenagers in the planned generation youth organization (GenRe) have psychological well-being that is in the Moderate Psychological Well-being category. The results of the research became the basis for preparing a guidance and counseling program to develop the psychological well-being of teenagers in the planned generation youth organization (GenRe). The design of classical guidance services aims to develop psychological well-being that focuses on preventive efforts and skills development.
