    Abstract

    Siswa dengan gangguan penglihatan sering mengalami hambatan aksesibilitas
    informasi yang dapat menghalangi kemampuan mereka untuk berpartisipasi
    sepenuhnya dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, terutama di bidang pendidikan. Salah satu
    bidang pendidikan yang terdampak adalah pendidikan jasmani. Dalam
    pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, aktivitas seperti berjalan dan terlebih lagi
    aktivitas berlari menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi siswa dengan gangguan
    penglihatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Smart Jogging Vest
    yang dirancang khusus untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani
    bagi siswa tunanetra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan
    pengembangan (Research and Development), penelitian ini melalui tahap analisis
    kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi produk. Smart Jogging Vest
    dilengkapi dengan teknologi sensorik untuk memberikan panduan dan keamanan
    selama aktivitas fisik. Uji coba dilakukan pada siswa tunanetra untuk mengukur
    efektivitas dan penerimaan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
    Pembuatan Smart Jogging Vest yang direncanakan berhasil dibuat sesuai dengan
    spesifikasinya. Meskipun produk ini sudah selesai dibuat sesuai yang direncanakan
    tetapi, tetap membutuhkan perbaikan di berbagai aspek untuk memenuhi tuntutan
    dan tantangan yang berbeda di masa yang akan datang. Produk ini dapat
    meningkatkan partisipasi dan kemandirian siswa tunanetra dalam kegiatan jasmani
    khususnya pada aktivitas jogging diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam
    mendukung pendidikan jasmani adaptif.

    Students with visual impairments often experience information accessibility
    barriers that can hinder their ability to participate fully in daily activities,
    especially in education. One of the areas of education affected is physical
    education. In physical education learning, activities such as walking and especially
    running are challenges for students with visual impairments. This research aims to
    develop a Smart Jogging Vest which is specifically designed to optimize physical
    education learning for visually impaired students. This research uses research and
    development methods, this research goes through the stages of needs analysis,
    design, development and product evaluation. The Smart Jogging Vest is equipped
    with sensory technology to provide guidance and safety during physical activity.
    Trials were carried out on visually impaired students to measure the effectiveness
    and acceptability of the product. The research results show that the planned Smart
    Jogging Vest was successfully made according to the specifications. Even though
    this product has been completed as planned, it still requires improvements in
    various aspects to meet different demands and challenges in the future. This product
    can increase the participation and independence of blind students in physical
    activities, especially jogging, and is expected to be an innovative solution in
    supporting adaptive physical education.
