Abstract
Perilaku prososial perlu dikembangkan guna mencapai penyesuaian sosial yang baik. Pentingnya penerapan perilaku prososial peserta didik, agar dapat berinteraksi sosial dan mengembangkan ikatan sosial yang baik di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkatan perilaku prososial peserta didik. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat membantu mengembangkan perilaku prososial yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik di sekolah. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dengan desain penelitian survei. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 255 peserta didik, 115 peserta didik laki-laki dan 140 peserta didik perempuan. Instrumen perilaku prososial mengacu pada teori Eisenberg & Mussen. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan rasch model dengan aplikasi Winstep versi 3.73. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkatan perilaku perilaku prososial peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang, pada kategori ini masih terdapat beberapa aspek perilaku prososial yang belum dimiliki oleh peserta didik. Dibutuhkan peranan bimbingan dan konseling sebagai salah satu bagian integral dari proses pendidikan memiliki peran yang sangat signifikan dalam membantu siswa mengembangkan perilaku prososial pada kategori tersebut. Prosocial behavior needs to be developed to achieve good social adjustment. The importance of the application of prosocial behavior of learners, in order to interact socially and develop good social bonds in the future. This study aimed to measure the level of prosocial behavior of learners. The results of the study are expected to help develop prosocial behavior possessed by learners in schools. A quantitative research approach was used with a survey research design. The study participants numbered 255 learners, 115 male learners and 140 female learners. The instrument of prosocial behavior refers to the theory of Eisenberg & Mussen. The data of the research results were analyzed using rasch model with the application Winstep version 3.73. The results of the research showed that the level of prosocial behavior of students is in the moderate category, in this category there are still some aspects of prosocial behavior that are not yet owned by students. The role of guidance and counseling as an integral part of the educational process has a very significant role in helping students develop prosocial behavior in that category.
