Abstract

RAGAM TINDAK TUTUR PENJUAL DAN PEMBELI DI RUMAH BATIK CIPAKU (KAJIAN SOSIOPRAGMATIK) Ananda Puspakartika Linguistik anandapuspakartika.04@upi.edu ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi jenis dan bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi yang terdapat dalam interaksi penjual dan pembeli di Rumah Batik Cipaku. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah percakapan antara penjual dan pembeli yang dianalisis menggunakan teori tindak tutur (speech acts) Searle (1979) yaitu asertif, komisif, direktif, ekspresif dan deklaratif. Sumber data primer yang diambil berupa 15 data. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa pada Tindak Tutur Ilokusi dalam Interaksi Penjual dan Pembeli di Rumah Batik Cipaku terdapat 5 jenis berdasarkan teori Searle (1979) yaitu asertif, komisif, direktif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif. Tahap yang memiliki frekuensi kemunculan tertinggi adalah Asertif, yaitu 49,62% dengan kemunculan 262 kali. Tuturan direktif 19,88% dengan kemunculan 105 kali. Tuturan ekspresif muncul 123 kali dengan persentase 23.29%. Pada tuturan komisif muncul 5 kali dengan persentase 0.095% dan yang terakhir tuturan deklaratif dengan kemunculan 33 kali persentase 6,25%. Bentuk kalimat dari tindak tutur ilokusi yang didapatkan dalam percakapan ini yaitu deklaratif, imperatif, dan interogatif. Pada Jenis respons pembeli terdapat 4 respons yaitu menolak langsung. menolak tidak langsung, melaksanakan langsung, dan melaksanakan tidak langsung. Hasil yang ditemukan pada respons menolak langsung dengan frekuensi 8 kali persentase sebesar 16,67%. Untuk respons menolak tidak langsung dengan frekuensi sebanyak 7 kali persentase sebesar 14,58%. Pada respon melaksanakan langsung terlihat sebanyak 17 kali dengan persentase sebesar 35,42% . Pada respons melaksanakan tidak langsung ditemukan sebanyak 16 kali dengan persentase sebesar 33,33%. Hasil respons yang mendominasi adalah respons melaksanakan langsung. Kata Kunci: Sosiopragmatik, Tindak tutur, Ilokusi, Respons A SOCIOPRAGMATIC STUDY OF SPEECH ACTS IN CIPAKU BATIK HOUSE ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to identify the types and forms of illocutionary speech acts present in the interactions between sellers and buyers at Cipaku Batik House. The data employed in this study are derived from conversations between sellers and buyers, which are analyzed using Searle's (1979) theory of speech acts. This includes the following categories: assertive, commissive, directive, expressive, and declarative. The primary data sources were obtained through the collection of 15 data points. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method. The findings indicate that the interaction between sellers and buyers at Cipaku Batik House comprises five types of illocutionary speech acts, as delineated by Searle's (1979) theory: assertive, commissive, directive, expressive, and declarative. The assertive stage is the most frequently occurring, accounting for 49.62% of the total occurrences (262). directive speech accounts for 19.88% of the data, with 105 occurrences. Expressive speech is evidenced 123 times, representing 23.29% of the total data set. In commissive speech, it appears five times, representing 0.095% of the total occurrences. The final category is declarative speech, which appears 33 times, accounting for 6.25% of the total. The sentence forms of illocutionary speech acts obtained in this conversation are of the following types: declarative, imperative, and interrogative. In terms of buyer response typology, four distinct categories emerge: direct refusal, indirect refusal, direct implementation, and indirect implementation. The results revealed that the response "refused directly" occurred eight times, representing a frequency of 16.67%. In terms of the responses indicating indirect refusal, these occurred seven times, representing a frequency of 14.58%. The responses indicating direct refusal of the pound were observed to occur 17 times, equating to a percentage of 35.42%. Furthermore, the indirect implementation response was noted on 16 occasions, representing a frequency of 33.33%. The dominant response category is that of direct implementation.
