Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Permasalahan ini masih menjadi topik yang selalu dibahas dan dikaji oleh para peneliti di bidang pendidikan. Efektivitas proses pembelajaran penting untuk diteliti karena pembelajaran yang efektif akan memberikan hasil positif dan kemajuan atas penguasaan dan penyelesaian proses belajar peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku belajar terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran teori, pengaruh perilaku belajar terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran praktik, serta perbedaan efektivitas proses pembelajaran teori dan praktik mata pelajaran produktif perkantoran pada Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Data diolah menggunakan analisis kuantitatif untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh perilaku belajar terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya pengaruh sedang perilaku belajar terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran teori dan pengaruh sedang perilaku belajar terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran praktik. The problem studied in this study is the low effectiveness of the learning process. This problem is still a topic that is always discussed and studied by researchers in the field of education. The effectiveness of the learning process is important to study because effective learning will provide positive results and progress in mastering and completing the learning process of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning behavior on the effectiveness of the theoretical learning process, the effect of learning behavior on the effectiveness of the practical learning process, and the difference in the effectiveness of the theoretical and practical learning processes of office productive subjects in the Office Management and Business Services Department at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. The data collection technique used was observation with a sample size of 30 people. The data was processed using quantitative analysis to determine how much influence learning behavior had on the effectiveness of the learning process. Based on the results of the data analysis, it showed a moderate influence of learning behavior on the effectiveness of the theoretical learning process and a moderate influence of learning behavior on the effectiveness of the practical learning process.
