    Abstract

    Pendekatan taktis adalah bentuk pembelajaran keterampilan yang menekankan penguasaan
    teknik Pendidikan Jasmnai yang tertanam dalam bentuk permainan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah
    untuk mempelajari literature ilmiah tentang optimalisasi pembelajaran pendidikan fisik melalui
    pendekatan taktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review, di mana
    peneliti mencari artikel melalui data base Google Scholar dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi
    informasi mengenai pendekatan taktis dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Proses penelitian
    ini dipandu oleh PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta
    analyses). Dari hasil pencarian, diperoleh 200 artikel yang kemudian diunduh. Melalui proses
    penyaringan bertahap berdasarkan criteria inklusi dan eksklusi, akhirnya terpilih 7 artikel untuk
    analisis lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pendekatan taktis dalam pembelajaran
    pendidikan jasmani dapat secara efektif meningkatkan pemahaman, motivasi, kebugaran fisik,
    dan keterampilan motorik siswa, sesuai dengan hasil analisis literatur yang sistematis. Dengan
    demikian, metode taktis terbukti efektif dalam mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran pendidikan
    jasmani.

    A tactical approach is a form of skill learning that emphasizes mastery of the techniques of
    Jasmnai education embedded in the form of a game. The aim of this research is to study the
    scientific literature on the optimization of physical education learning through tactical
    approaches. The study used a systematic method of literature review, in which researchers
    searched articles through a Google Scholar database with the aim of identifying information
    about tactical approaches to physical education learning. This research is guided by PRISMA
    (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analyses). From the search results,
    200 articles were obtained and then downloaded. Through a phased screening process based on
    inclusion and exclusion criteria, seven articles were finally selected for further analysis. The
    study found that tactical approaches to physical education can effectively improve students'
    understanding, motivation, physical fitness, and motor skills, according to systematic literature
    analysis. Thus, tactical methods have proven effective in optimizing the learning process in
    physical education.
