Abstract
ABSTRAK Sriwahyuni (2208687). 2024. Pengaruh Kompetensi Kejuruan, Pengalaman Prakerin dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Kesiapan Bekerja dimediasi Keterampilan Kelayakan Kerja (Studi Pada Siswa Kelas XII AKL SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Bengkalis). Pembimbing Prof. Dr. Hj. Nani Sutarni, M.Pd. dan Dr. Navik Istikomah, S.E., M.Si. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi kejuruan, pengalaman prakerin dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan bekerja yang dimediasi keterampilan kelayakan kerja (studi pada siswa kelas XII AKL SMK Negeri Kabupaten Bengkalis). Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori dan desain deskriptif verifikatif, data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket terhadap 74 siswa dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kejuruan dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keterampilan kelayakan kerja dan keterampilan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kesiapan bekerja. Sedangkan pengalaman prakerin tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterampilan kerja, begitu pula kompetensi kejuruan dan efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kesiapan kerja. Namun pengaruh kompetensi kejuruan, pengalaman prakerin, dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan bekerja sepenuhnya dimediasi oleh keterampilan kelayakan kerja (full mediation). Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa untuk membentuk kesiapan bekerja peserta didik dapat dilakukan melalui intervensi pada kemampuan non teknis peserta didik. Sementara itu, keterampilan kelayakan kerja dapat dibentuk melalui peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran yang mendukung kompetensi kejuruan dan pendampingan terhadap peserta didik untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini menjelaskan konsep transfer of training pada teori koneksionisme, konsep determinisme resiprokal pada SCT dan konsep pengembangan karir pada SCCT. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk menambah jumlah sampel dari satu program keahlian dalam satu provinsi atau dari berbagai program keahlian agar diperoleh hasil penelitian yang lebih baik termasuk penggunaan atribut minat, perencanaan karir, nilai-nilai, faktor lingkungan dan kepribadian serta akses informasi. The Influence of Vocational Competence, Industrial Work Practice Experience and Self-Efficacy on Work Readiness Mediated by Employability Skills (Study on Grade XII Institutional Financial Accounting Students of State Vocational Schools in Bengkalis Regency). Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Hj. Nani Sutarni, M.Pd. and Dr. Navik Istikomah, S.E., M.Si. This study aims to examined the effect of vocational competence, internship experience and self-efficacy on work readiness mediated by employability skills (study of grade XII AKL students at Bengkalis Regency State Vocational School). This study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method and descriptive verification design. The data was collected through questionnaires from 74 students used saturated sampling method. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive and path analysis. The results shown that vocational competence and self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on employability skills likewise employability skills had a significant positive effect on work readiness. Meanwhile, internship experience had no significant effect on employability skills also vocational competence and self-efficacy had no direct effect on work readiness. However, the influence of vocational competence, internship experience, and self-efficacy on work readiness was fully mediated by employability skills. The practical implication of this research was that students' work readiness could be formed through intervention on students' non-technical skills. Meanwhile, employability skills could be formed through improving the quality of learning that supports vocational competencies and mentoring students to increase self-efficacy. Theoretically, this research explained the concept of transfer of training in connectionism theory, the concept of reciprocal determinism in SCT and the concept of career development in SCCT. Further research was recommended to increase the number of samples one major in one province or from various majors in order to obtain better results included the used of interest attributes, career planning, values, environmental and personality factors and information access.
