Abstract

Di era kini, seringkali ditemui berbagai fenomena lunturnya etika moral, seperti minimnya kejujuran, sopan santun, rasa solidaritas, kenakalan remaja, tawuran pelajar, kurangya tanggungjawab, dan ketergantungan pada teknologi. Berdasarkan dari fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi, maka perlu diterapkannya nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik. Salah satunya yakni dengan adanya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana transformasi, transaksi, dan trans-internalisasi nilai-nilai religius melalui implementasi Dasa Dharma Pramuka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dengan dua majelis pembimbing koordinator dan tujuh anggota koordinator, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada transformasi nilai-nilai religius melalui implementasi dasa dharma pramuka terdapat delapan aktivitas yaitu pemberian materi, ceramah, nasehat, indoktrinasi, motivasi, evaluasi, dan apresiasi film. Selanjutnya pada tahap transaksi nilai-nilai religius melalui implementasi dasa dharma pramuka terdapat delapan aktivitas yaitu narasi inspiratif, bimbingan antarpribadi, sesi sharing dan bimbingan kelompok, refleksi, diskusi, teladan, pujian, dan penugasan langsung. Adapun dalam tahap transinternalisasi nilai-nilai religius melalui implementasi dasa dharma pramuka terdapat dua puluh kegiatan yaitu shalat berjamah, shalat tahajud, shalat hajad, sujud syukur, cross country/cross campus, operasi semut, lomba K3, anjangsana, gudep’s day, 5S, sidang gugus depan, latihan kepramukaan rutin, P3K, gotong royong, out bond (fun game), perkemahan akbar, pembuatan hasta karya, pioneering day, miss scouting, renungan malam. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan pula nilai-nilai religius yang diinternalisasikan melalui implementasi Dasa Dharma Pramuka, antara lain: nilai ibadah, disiplin, nilai sabar, rela berkorban, nilai akhlak, santun, demokratis, kreatif, bertanggungjawab, mandiri, hemat, jujur, dan pemberani. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menambah wawasan mengenai kepramukaan dan juga dapat memberikan informasi bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai religius bisa didapatkan melalui implementasi dasa dharma pramuka dalam membentuk karakter siswa. In the current era, there are often various phenomena of fading moral ethics, such as lack of honesty, courtesy, sense of solidarity, juvenile delinquency, student brawls, lack of responsibility, and dependence on technology. Based on the phenomena that occur, it is necessary to apply the values of character education to students. One of them is with the existence of extracurricular scout activities. The purpose of this research is to find out how the transformation, transaction, and trans-internalization of religious values through the implementation of the Dasa Dharma Scout. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include interviews with two coordinator supervisors and seven coordinator members, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that in the transformation of religious values through the implementation of the dasa dharma of scouts, there are eight activities, namely providing material, lectures, advice, indoctrination, motivation, evaluation, and film appreciation. Furthermore, in the transaction stage of religious values through the implementation of the Scout dharma, there are eight activities, namely inspirational narratives, interpersonal guidance, sharing sessions and group guidance, reflection, discussion, examples, praise, and direct assignments. As for the transinternalization stage of religious values through the implementation of the dasa dharma of scouts, there are twenty activities, namely congregational prayer, tahajud prayer, hajad prayer, prostration of gratitude, cross country/cross campus, ant operation, K3 competition, anjangsana, gudep's day, 5S, front cluster session, routine scouting training, first aid, mutual cooperation, out bond (fun game), grand camp, making masterpiece, pioneering day, miss scouting, night reflection. In this study, it was also found that religious values were internalized through the implementation of the Dasa Dharma of Scouting, including: the value of worship, discipline, the value of patience, willing to sacrifice, moral values, polite, democratic, creative, responsible, independent, frugal, honest, and brave. This research is expected to be able to add insight into scouting and can also provide information that the internalization of religious values can be obtained through the implementation of the dasa dharma of scouts in shaping student character.
