Abstract

Keterlibatan teknologi digital diperlukan pelaku usaha untuk bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis yang kompetitif. Permasalahan industri kreatif di Kota Tasikmalaya yaitu permodalan, penurunan jumlah pengrajin, kurangnya inovasi, dan rendahnya pemanfataan teknologi maka diperlukan literasi digital bagi pelaku usaha agar lebih mudah mencari, menemukan, memanfaatkan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kesiapan literasi digital pengrajin terhadap pengembangan industri kreatif, menganalisis kesiapan pengrajin kriya dalam menguasai E-Commerce, dan memetakan distribusi spasial pengrajin kriya berdasarkan Sistem Informasi Geografis Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan variabel literasi digital dan E-Commerce, indikator literasi digital ialah digital skill, digital ethics, digital culture dan digital safety. Indikator E-Commerce ialah uang elektronik dan marketplace. .Instumen pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deksriptif dan analisis SIG. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) tingkat literasi digital pengrajin kriya di Kota Tasikmalaya berada di kategori baik memiliki nilai skor sebesar 17546 dengan mean 73,72, skor tertinggi terdapat pada indikator digital ethics memiliki nilai 5377 dengan mean 22,5 dan skor terendah terdapat pada indikator digital culture memiliki nilai 2295 dengan mean 9,6 2) tingkat pemanfaatan E-Commerce pengrajin kriya di Kota Tasikmlaya berada di kategori baik memiliki nilai skor 9857 dengan mean 41,4, skor tertinggi terdapat pada indikator marketlace memiliki nilai 5751 dengan mean 24,2 dan skor terendah terdapat pada indikator uang elektronik memiliki nilai 4096 dengan mean 17,2 3) distribusi spasial kriya Kota Tasikmalaya sudah berada di kategori baik karena sudah menjangkau interlokal. : The involvement of digital technology is needed by business actors to survive in competitive business competition. The problems of the creative industries in the city of Tasikmalaya, namely capital, a decrease in the number of craftsmen, lack of innovation, and low use of technology require digital literacy for business actors to make it easier to find, find, and use information. This study aims to identify the level of digital literacy readiness of craftsmen for the development of creative industries, analyze the readiness of craft craftsmen in mastering E-Commerce, and map the spatial distribution of craft craftsmen based on the Tasikmalaya City Geographic Information System. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach with digital literacy and E-Commerce variables, indicators of digital literacy are digital skills, digital ethics, digital culture and digital safety. E-Commerce indicators are electronic money and marketplaces. .Instumen data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and GIS analysis. The results of this study are 1) the digital literacy level of craft craftsmen in Tasikmalaya City is in the good category with a score of 17546 with a mean of 73.72, the highest score is in the digital ethics indicator with a value of 5377 with a mean of 22.5 and the lowest score is in the indicator digital culture has a value of 2295 with a mean of 9.6 2) the level of E-Commerce utilization of craft craftsmen in Tasikmlaya City is in the good category having a score of 9857 with a mean of 41.4, the highest score is found on the marketlace indicator having a value of 5751 with a mean of 24.2 and the lowest score is found in the electronic money indicator with a value of 4096 with a mean of 17.2 3) the spatial distribution of crafts in Tasikmalaya City is already in the good category because it reaches long distance.
