Abstract

. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Sumber daya Manusia, Biarawati, Analisis Jalur, Trimming This research is motivated by the initial conditions in the field where the quality of service of the RSCJ nuns in Indonesia is still not optimal. This sub-optimal service is allegedly caused by the lack of optimal human resource management based on spiritual values. Human resource management is inclusive of planning, organizing, implementing, and managing spiritual values. This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource management based on spiritual values (POAC) on the quality of service of the nuns. In addition, this research also aims to analyze good human resource management strategies to improve the quality of service of the RSCJ nuns. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method. The data used in this study is data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to the research subjects, namely 32 questionnaires to 32 RSCJ nuns. Descriptive analysis of the data shows that planning, implementation, and supervision of human resources based on spiritual values, and quality of service in the RSCJ Congregation has an average score of "very high", while the organization of HR in the RSCJ Congregation has a high average score. This indicates that the implementation of HRM functions in the RSCJ Congregation has a high average score. HR management functions are good in the RSCJ Congregation but are not yet optimal, therefore some improvements need to be made. Based on path analysis, it can be partially concluded that partially HR planning and actuating have no significant effect on the quality of the nuns' service. HR organization has an influence of 69,1%, and HR supervision has an influence of 63,4%. Simultaneous influence of the four management function variables on service quality of RSCJ nuns is 67.1% with an error of 0, 571. After trimming, the simultaneous effect of organizing and supervising HR based on spiritual values is analyzed, and supervision of human resources based on spiritual values is 63% with an error of 0.671. Thus, it is concluded that the simultaneous influence of the four variables of management functions is greater than the simultaneous influence after trimming. Therefore, the RSCJ Congregation must continue to pay attention to the four variables to improve the quality of service of the sisters.
