Abstract
Pelatihan pengelola imunisasi Kabupaten Bandung 2023 UPELKES, berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta, terlihat dari peningkatan hasil pre-test dan post-test, serta dampak positif terhadap perilaku, kedisiplinan, dan profesionalisme peserta dalam memberikan layanan imunisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui empiris bentuk kegiatan quality control internal, hasil quality control internal, tindak lanjut quality control internal, dan faktor penunjang proses quality control internal pada pelatihan pengelola imunisasi Kabupaten Bandung 2023 di UPTD Pelatihan Kesehatan Dinas Kesehatan Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik penelitian observasi, wawancara, angket, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini memuat quality control internal UPELKES, memastikan pelatihan sesuai standar nilai instrument Kementrian Kesehatan dan berdampak positif pada keberhasilan pelatihan. Kegiatannya meliputi penelusuran dokumen, pengawasan kelas, wawancara pihak terkait kualitas pelatihan yang diberikan (objektif), evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Quality Control bersifat continuous improvement, dimana evaluasi dan tindak lanjut terus-menerus dilakukan memastikan setiap pelatihan berjalan lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan adanya quality control dapat mencapai keberhasilan pelatihan pengelola imunisasi, terutama dalam menangani permasalahan praktis yang mempengaruhi metode pembelajaran dan pelayanan. Kesigapan pelaksana quality control dalam menanggapi masalah mencerminkan peran krusialnya dalam menjaga kelancaran dan efektivitas pelatihan. The training of immunization managers of Bandung Regency 2023 UPELKES, succeeded in improving the understanding of participants, as seen from the improvement of pre-test and post-test results, as well as a positive impact on the behavior, discipline, and professionalism of participants in providing immunization services. The purpose of this study was to determine the empirical form of internal quality control activities, internal quality control results, internal quality control follow-up, and supporting factors for the internal quality control process at the Bandung Regency 2023 immunization manager training at the UPELKES. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with research techniques observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The results of this study contain UPELKES internal quality control, ensuring training according to the standard value of the Ministry of Health instrument and has a positive impact on the success of training. Activities include document searches, classroom supervision, interviews with parties related to the quality of training provided (objective), evaluation and follow-up. Quality Control is continuous improvement, where evaluation and follow-up are constantly carried out to ensure that each training runs better than before. The results showed that quality control can achieve the success of immunization manager training, especially in dealing with practical problems that affect learning methods and services. The responsiveness of quality control implementers in responding to problems reflects their crucial role in maintaining the smoothness and effectiveness of the training.
