Abstract

Pemodelan banjir dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai metode, seperti model hidrologi, hidraulika, numerik, Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG), dan statistik. Pemodelan dilakukan dalam memperoleh daerah potensi banjir di kawasan Sub DAS Cikapundung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis potensi banjir di Sub DAS Cikapundung menggunakan metode skoring dan metode Hydraulic Engineering Centre-River Analysis System (HEC-RAS). Hasil skoring menggunakan metode skoring di Sub DAS Cikapundung dihasilkan bahwa pada kelas potensi banjir sangat tinggi berada di Kecamatan Dayeuhkolot dengan luas wilayah 1,09 Km². Sedangkan hasil dari pemrosesan metode Hec-RAS menghasilkan kelas banjir dengan luasan wilayah sebesar 13,80 Km². Hasil uji akurasi yang dilakukan menggunakan metode skoring dan metode Hec-RAS terhadap data titik historis kejadian banjir pada tahun 2019 – 2023 yang disediakan oleh Badan Perencanaan Bencana Daerah (BPBD), diperoleh nilai potensi banjir hasil yang menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian yang berbeda antara kedua metode tersebut. Dari perhitungan kappa, diketahui bahwa metode Hec-RAS memberikan tingkat kesesuaian yang lebih tinggi (85,24%) dibandingkan dengan metode skoring (60,80%). Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa peta potensi banjir yang dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Hec-RAS memiliki tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi dalam memprediksi kelas tergenang banjir dan kelas tidak tergenang banjir di wilayah Sub DAS Cikapundung. : Flood modeling can be done with various methods, such as hydrological, hydraulics, numerical, Geographic Information System (GIS), and statistical models. Modeling is done in obtaining potential flood areas in the Cikapundung Subwatershed area. The purpose of this study was to analyze the flood potential in the Cikapundung Subwatershed using the scoring method and the Hydraulic Engineering Centre-River Analysis System (HEC-RAS) method. The results of scoring using the scoring method in the Cikapundung Subwatershed resulted in a very high flood potential class in Dayeuhkolot Subdistrict with an area of 1.09 Km². While the results of the Hec-RAS method processing resulted in a flood class with an area of 13.80 Km². The results of the accuracy test conducted using the scoring method and the Hec-RAS method on historical point data of flood events in 2019 - 2023 provided by the Regional Disaster Planning Agency (BPBD), obtained flood potential values that show different levels of suitability between the two methods. From the kappa calculation, it is known that the Hec-RAS method provides a higher level of conformity (85.24%) compared to the scoring method (60.80%). This indicates that the flood potential map created using the Hec-RAS method has a higher level of accuracy in predicting the flooded and non-flooded classes in the Cikapundung Subwatershed.
