Abstract
Rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh guru dalam ketercapaian keberhasilan pembelajaran.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament pada pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Lambangsari 01. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VA tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 27 orang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara bersiklus, mulai dari tahap pra siklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Sebelum melakukan tindakan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament, hasil belajar peserta didik tergolong rendah dengan rata-rata 66,14 dan persentase ketuntasan 44,44%. Setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament, hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan. Hasil belajar peserta didik pada tahap siklus I mengalami peningkatan yang cukup baik dari tahap pra siklus, yaitu memiliki rata-rata sebesar 67,03 dan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 48,14%, sedangkan pada tahap siklus II hasil belajar peserta didik lebih baik lagi dari tahap siklus I dengan rata-rata 76,66 dan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 77,77%. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran yang tepat dalam proses pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Low learning outcomes of students are one of the problems often faced by teachers in achieving learning success. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes through the application of Team Games Tournament type cooperative learning model in social studies learning. This research was conducted at SDN Lambangsari 01. The subjects of this study were all 27 students of the VA class for the 2023/2024 school year. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, while the research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research instruments used are observation sheets and tests of student learning outcomes. This research was carried out cyclically, starting from the pre-cycle stage, cycle I, and cycle II. Before taking action by applying the Team Games Tournament type cooperative learning model, student learning outcomes were low with an average of 66.14 and a completion percentage of 44.44%. After applying the Team Games Tournament type cooperative learning model, student learning outcomes have improved. The learning outcomes of students in the first cycle stage have improved quite well from the pre-cycle stage, which has an average of 67.03 and a completeness percentage of 48.14%, while in the second cycle stage the learning outcomes of students are even better than the first cycle stage with an average of 76.66 and a completeness percentage of 77.77%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the right learning model in the learning process affects the learning outcomes of students.
