Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Work Life Balance Dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Work Family Conflict Pada Wanita Karir Di Wilayah Bandung Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 307 wanita dual career di wilayah Bandung Raya dengan rentang usia 20-60 tahun yang dipilih secara acak berdasarkan karakteristik yang telah ditentukan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Work Life Balance Scale (WLBS) (α = 0,98) (Fisher, Bulger dan Smith, 2009), kuesioner Work Family Conflict Scale (WAFCS) (α = 0,98) (Carlson, 2000), kuesioner Kecerdasan Emosional atau The Schutte Self Report Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT) (α = 0,99) (Schutte, 1998). Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Semakin tinggi Work Life Balance semakin rendah Work Family Conflict; (2) Semakin tinggi Kecerdasan Emosional semakin rendah Work Family Conflict; (3) Work Life Balance dan Kecerdasan Emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap Work Family Conflict pada wanita karir di wilayah Bandung Raya. This research aims to determine the influence of Work Life Balance and Emotional Intelligence on Work Family Conflict in Career Women in the Greater Bandung Area. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational research design. The research sample consisted of 307 dual career women in the Greater Bandung area with an age range of 20-60 years who were randomly selected based on predetermined characteristics. Research data was collected through the Work Life Balance Scale (WLBS) questionnaire (α= 0.98) (Fisher, Bulger and Smith, 2009), the Work Family Conflict Scale (WAFCS) questionnaire (α= 0.98) (Carlson, 2000), Emotional Intelligence questionnaire or The Schutte Self Report Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT) (α= 0.99) (Schutte, 1998). Research data was analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear analysis. The results of this research show that: (1) The higher the Work Life Balance, the lower the Work Family Conflict; (2) The higher the Emotional Intelligence, the lower the Work Family Conflict; (3) Work Life Balance and Emotional Intelligence have no effect on Work Family Conflict among career women in the Greater Bandung area.
