Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengalaman berkunjung, kepuasan pengunjung, dan menganalisis pengalaman pengunjung berdasarkan comfort, educational, hedonic, novelty, recognition, relational, safety, dan beauty terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Tahura Ir. H. Djuanda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 yang didapatkan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengalaman berkunjung berada dalam kategori tinggi. Kemudian dari hasil kepuasan pengunjung juga berada dalam kategori tinggi. Pada penelitian ini memperoleh hasil nilai kontribusi dari pengalaman berkunjung terhadap kepuasan pengunjung sebesar 87,5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh pengalaman berkunjung terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Tahura Ir. H. Djuanda. Maka dari itu, selaku pengelola Tahura Ir. H. Djuanda harus tetap mempertahankan dan meningkatkan optimalisasi pengalaman wisata untuk memberikan kepuasan pengunjung. ; This research aims to identify visiting experiences, visitor satisfaction, and analyze visitor experiences based on comfort, educational, hedonic, novelty, recognition, relatinal, safety, and beauty on visitor satisfaction at Tahura Ir. H. Djuanda . This research uses a descriptive and verification quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample in this study was 150 which was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The research results show that the visiting experience is in the high category. Then the results of visitor satisfaction are also in the high category. In this research, the contribution value of the visiting experience to visitor satisfaction was 87.5%. Therefore, the research results show that there is an influence of visiting experience on visitor satisfaction at Tahura Ir. H. Juanda. So, as the manager of Tahura Ir. H. Djuanda still have to maintain and improve the optimization of the tourist experience to provide a satisfying tourist experience to visitors.
