Abstract

Yuli Yulianti. Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbicara Anak Usia Dini Melalui Penggunaan Metode Bercerita (Storytelling) di TK Tresna Bhakti Mulia Al Mabrur Baleendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar permasalahan yang muncul pada anak kelompok B umumnya kemampuan berbicara anak masih rendah. Maka peneliti melakukan penelitian pada kelompok B sebanyak 8 orang siswa. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk memperoleh informasi tentang kondisi obyektif kemampuan berbicara anak TK Tresna Bhakti Mulia Al Mabrur. (2) Untuk mengetahui penerapan metode bercerita (storytelling) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara di TK Tresna Bhakti Mulia Al Mabrur. (3) Untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berbicara anak di TK Tresna Bhakti Mulia Al Mabrur setelah menggunkan metode bercerita (storytelling). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode bercerita (storytelling) dengan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) melalui 2 siklus. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, catatan anekdot, dan instrument penelitian. Hasil penelitian kemampuan berbicara anak kelompok B setelah diberikan tindakan melalui pemberian metode bercerita (storytelling) terbukti meningkat. Rekomendasi bagi guru anak usia dini (PAUD) diharapkan menggunakan berbagai metode untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak seperti halnya metode bercerita (storytelling). Bagi peneliti diharapkan selalu berusaha mencari alternatif metode sehingga dapat menambah masukan khususnya PAUD. Kata kunci : kemampuan berbicara, metode Bercerita, (storytelling). Yuli Yulianti. The research was conducted on the basis of the problems that arise in group B children generally speaking skills the child is still low. So the researchers conducted a study in group B as many as 8 students. The objectives of this study were: (1) To obtain information about the state objectively speaking skills of kindergarten children Tresna Bhakti Mulia Al Mabrur. (2) To determine the application of the method of storytelling (storytelling) in improving speaking skills in kindergarten Tresna Bhakti Mulia Al Mabrur. (3) To determine the improvement of speaking skills in kindergarten children Tresna Bhakti Mulia Al Mabrur after use the method of storytelling (storytelling). Method used is the method of storytelling (storytelling) with Classroom Action Research (CAR) through 2 cycles. Collecting data in this study is the observation, interviews, document study, anecdotal notes, and research instruments. The results of the study child's ability to speak in group B after a given action through the provision of storytelling (storytelling) proved to be increased. Recommendation for early childhood teachers (ECD) is expected to use a variety of methods to enhance the child's ability to speak as well as methods of storytelling. For researcher expected always trying to find alternative methods that can add input especially ECD. Keywords: speech, Storytelling method.
