Abstract
Penelitian Tentang penguasaan memainkan suling sunda lubang enam oleh guru mata pelajaran seni budaya. Pemetaan kompetensi guru mata pelajaran seni budaya yang dilakukan di Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Komisariat IV Kabupaten Ciamis bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru mata pelajaran seni budaya dan mengetahui kompetensi masing – masing guru untuk menjadi pedoman yang akan dijadikan dasar untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru mata pelajaran seni budaya sehingga permasalahan permasalahan yang melemahkan pembelajaran seni budaya bisa terjawab para guru seni budaya yang bukan latar belakang Pendidikan seni budaya selanjutnya bisa mampu menyamakan kompetensinya dengan guru mata pelajaran seni budaya yang berlatar belakang Pendidikan seni budaya. Untuk mengukur penguasaan kemampuan guru seni budaya pemetaan dilakukan dengan mengukur kemampuan guru seni budaya dalam meniup suling lubang enam laras pelog dengan menjadi tiga tingkatan yaitu rendah sedang dan mahir. Pengambilan pemetaan ini dilakukan dengan Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan mengadakan quisioner untuk mengukur kemampuan guru seni budaya dalam meniup suling lubang enam sedangkan analisis terhadap data data yang berhasil peneliti kumpulkan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Research on the competency mapping of arts and culture subject teachers conducted at the Ciamis District Commissariat IV Subject Teacher Consultation aims to improve the competence of arts and culture subject teachers and determine the competence of each teacher to become a guideline that will be used as the basis for increasing the competence of arts subject teachers culture so that problems that undermine the learning of arts and culture can be answered. Arts and culture teachers who do not have a background in arts and culture education can then be able to equate their competence with teachers of arts and culture subjects who have a background in arts and culture education. The mapping process was carried out by measuring the ability of the arts and culture teacher in blowing a six-pitch pelog flute into three levels, namely low, medium and advanced. This mapping was carried out using data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations, and holding questionnaires to measure the ability of arts and culture teachers to blow the six-hole flute while the analysis of the data that the researchers managed to collect was a qualitative approach.
