Abstract

Program pelatihan meister otomotif merupakan pelatihan yang diadopsi dari Jerman, pelatihan ini adalah salah satu pelatihan yang menciptakan lulusan yang dicari perusahan-perusahan besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengelolaan program pelatihan meister otomotif, 2) Memperoleh gambaran mengenai kompetensi peserta pelatihan program meister otomotif, 3) Mengetahui hubungan antara pengelolaan program pelatihan meister otomotif dengan kompetensi peserta. Adapun landasan teori yang digunakan adalah meliputi : 1) Konsep dasar Pendidikan Nonformal, 2) Konsep dasar pelatihan, 3) konsep kompetensi. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengelolaan program pelatihan meister otomotif dengan kompetensi peserta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Balai Besar Pengembangan Latihan Kerja Dalam Negeri Bandung (BBPLKDN), yang berlokasi di Jalan Jendral Gatot Subroto No.170 Bandung 40275. Lokasi penelitian ini dipilih peneliti karena merupakan salah satu lembaga yang bergerak dibidang pelatihan yang merupakan bagian dari pendidikan pendidikan nonformal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta program pelatihan meister otomotif di BBPLKDN yang berjumlah 16 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji chi square yang dibarengi oleh uji koefisien kontingensi untung melihat hubungan antara variabel x dan y. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Chi Square dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 20, diperoleh nilai Sig untuk tes Fisher sebesar 0,019 < 0,05. Dikarenakan nilai Sig < 0,05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengelolaan program pelatihan meister otomotif dengan kompetensi peserta di BBPLKDN Bandung. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara pengelolan program pelatihan meister otomotif dengan kompetensi peserta dilihat dari peserta yang menilai pengelolaan program yang baik, memiliki nilai kompetensi yang baik pula. This study aims to 1 ) Obtain an overview of the automotive meister management training program , 2 ) Obtain an overview of the competence of the trainee program automotive meister , 3 ) determine the relationship between the management training program with a competency automotive meister . The theoretical basis used is included : 1 ) the basic concept of Non-formal Education , 2 ) the basic concept of training , 3 ) the concept of competence . The hypothesis of this study is that there is a significant association between meister automotive management training program with competency . The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach . This research was conducted at Balai Besar Pengembangan Latihan Kerja Dalam Negeri ( BBPLKDN ) , which is located at Jalan Gatot Subroto 170 Bandung 40275 . The location of this research the researcher selected because it is one of the institutions engaged in training that is part of nonformal education. The samples in this research are all participants in the automotive training program meister BBPLKDN totaling 16 people.. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews , questionnaires and documentation studies . Hypothesis testing using chi square test is accompanied by a gain contingency coefficient test the relationship between variables X and variables Y. Based on the results of the Chi Square test with SPSS Version 20 , obtained the Sig for Fisher tests for 0.019 < 0.05 . Due to the Sig < 0.05 , it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between meister automotive management training program with a competency in BBPLKDN Bandung . The conclusion of this study is the relationship between the management training program with a competency automotive meister views of participants who assess program management good , have a good competence value anyway .
