Abstract
Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengkaji nilai-nilai kepahlawanan yang muncul di dalam film Un long dimanche de fiançailles karya Jean-Pierre Jeunet. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat beberapa nilai kepahlawanan di dalam film Un long dimanche de fiançailles karya Jean-Pierre Jeunet, diantaranya keberanian, rela berkorban, anti kolonialisme, cinta tanah air, membela negara, pantang menyerah, berjuang, percaya pada kekuatan sendiri, dan kesetiakawanan. Nilai keberanian adalah nilai kepahlawanan yang paling banyak muncul dibandingkan nilai kepahlawanan lainnya di dalam film Un long dimanche de fiançailles karya Jean-Pierre Jeunet. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan para pengajar mampu memberikan bahan ajar untuk para peserta didik yang berbasis pendidikan karakter dan moral sehingga para peserta didik dapat mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: nilai, kepahlawanan, film, pembelajaran, pendidikan karakter This article is intended to describe and assess the values of heroism that appeared in the film Un long dimanche de fiançailles by Jean-Pierre Jeunet. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis with the techniques of data collection are literature study and documentation. The results of this research that there is some value of heroism in the film Un long dimanche de fiançailles by Jean-Pierre Jeunet, such as the courage, self-sacrifice, anti-colonialism, patriotism, defense of the country, never give up, fight, believe in own strength, and solidarity. The value of courage is the most appear of all in the film Un long dimanche de fiançailles by Jean-Pierre Jeunet. By this research, the teacher is able to provide the material of study to learners based on the character and moral education, and then the learners can apply it in their life.
