Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana program pelatihan kewirausahaan di Rumah BUMN Tasikmalaya mendorong komunitas womenpreneur Rancage untuk berkembang lebih baik dan lebih unggul di bidang kewirausahaan. Komunitas Rancage merupakan komunitas yang terdiri dari kaum wanita yang berminat untuk mengembangkan usaha dan kewirausahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif
deskripsi dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Pengumpulan dokumen terkait proses pemberdayaan komunitas Rancage ini meliputi, observasi, wawancara, pengumpulan data pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui tingkat pemberdayaan anggota komunitas Rancage. Dari hasil data dan proses penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan, menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan kewirausahaan
di Rumah BUMN Tasikmalaya memberikan dampak yang positif dalam pemberdayaan komunitas womenpreneur Rancage. Pelatihan ini memberikan pengetahuan mengenai
mindset kewirausahaan yang diperlukan bagi para anggota komunitas sesuai dengan hasil pre-test yang telah dilaksanakan. Selain itu, juga indikator dengan kategori tidak baik mengalami peningkatan dan perubahan diantaranya indikator kebutuhan akomodasi besar, kebutuhan akomodasi kecil, relatif bebas dari dominasi keluarga dan partisipasi. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik pada anggota komunitas womenpreneur Rancage.

The purpose of this research was to see how the entrepreneurship training program at Rumah BUMN Tasikmalaya encourages the Rancage womenpreneur community to develop better and excel in the field of entrepreneurship. The Rancage community is a community consisting of women who are interested in developing business and entrepreneurship. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research with the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Document collection related to the Rancage community empowerment process includes observation, interviews, pre-test and post-test data
collection to determine the level of empowerment of Rancage community members. From the results of data collection and the research process that has been carried out for 3 months, it show that the entrepreneurship training program at the Tasikmalaya BUMN House had a positive impact on empowering the Rancage womenpreneur community. The
training provided the knowledge of entrepreneurial mindset required for community members in accordance with the pre-test results that had been conducted. In addition, the indicators in the unfavorable category have also improved or changed, including the indicators of large accommodation needs, small accommodation needs, relative independence from domination, and family participation. This research provides a better understanding of the Rancage Womenpreneur community members.
